LGC Development

My husband and I are in our 70’s. All of the upgrades/construction in our house in over 26 years was done by my career-construction husband. But recently he hurt his back. We needed our guest bath prefab bathtub/shower removed and replaced with a NICE prefab WALK-IN shower handicapped out. Our 95-year old mom was coming for a 2-week visit. We only had 3 weeks notice. Ani Kevorkian, owner of LGC Construction came to our house 1 day after I called. She listened, REALLY listened to what we wanted and understood the time constraint. She gave us a quote within hours and started the job within days. Her two gentlemen who came out were just awesome and cleaned everything up each day. Then Ani surprised us with “barn-door” glass shower doors that we didn’t even know we were getting. The shower is just beautiful! This company is exceptional. I have and will continue to tell our neighbors, people at our church, friends, etc. about LGC Construction! You can TRUST THEM!!!!

From the initial survey, drawing up plans, getting permits, beginning construction, and all the way through completion, were kept in the loop every step of the way! Ani and her team were professional, provided great advice, and helped make this ADU project turn out better than we could have ever imagined! I had a 1970’s kitchen and home layout. LGC’s work was efficient and high quality. The team worked diligently and within budget to complete my work. My kitchen and home look exactly as I had imagined. As a single mom, I needed someone I could trust, and LGC was what I needed. I would use them for any contractor work in the future.

The work completed was great quality. The crew showed up on time and always cleaned their workspace at the end of the day. During the interior work, they kept disruption to the rest of my house at a minimum. I would definitely use them again and recommend.

They came out for a consult and were on-time but did not send us the estimate.
