Conrad was very professional, personable, courteous and very understanding! Especially when we initially started our texting back and forth and, I totally did not communicate correctly on our initial meeting location and poor Conrad ended up driving to the wrong inspection location. He must have put almost 80 miles on his car due to my miscommunication. You would think that any other person would’ve been very upset at me but, instead Conrad was gracious and very nice about the whole situation. I felt so terrible for making him drive the extra miles that we gave him an extra $50 for his trouble. Conrad arrived early for our second meeting and was very thorough with inspecting our new home and told us that our new home was well built and he couldn’t find any major issues. Now we feel very comfortable with the purchase our new home! Yes, if I could give Conrad 10 Stars I would in a heartbeat! Thank you again Conrad!
