As a first time buyer everything about buying a home is stressful, I am very happy to have hired Conrad he was very knowledgeable and answered all my question and put my mind at ease as to the home I was purchasing. I Would recommend him to friends and family.

He is on time, walks you through all inspections inside and outside of house. I feel comfortable now knowing I am buying a home that was thoroughly inspected. He also taught me a few things I would have never known about my home. Conrad will be a great person to hire for your inspection on your home.

Kretzschmar Inspection was very methodical and explained every system of the house. Conrad was very knowledgeable about the VA minimum property requirements and made sure to answer all my questions. The 46 page report was thorough with plenty of photos and recommended additional system-specific inspections outside the general home inspection scope. Kretzschmar Inspections accepted my zelle payment on the spot and had the report ready and shareable within the same business day!

He was very capable for my inspection. I walked with him and he was happy to answer any questions I had. He was one of two inspectors I hired and was able to find almost the exact same stuff as my other inspector. Would recommend.

He arrived on time and took me around the house explaining different things he would inspect. I thought he was very honest, he was efficient, very professional, and gave a quality report had it back to me in a short time. afterward he explained all the pictures he had taken in detail.
