Conrad was beyond accommodating! I live out of town so he arranged a meeting with my daughter that was convenient for her on the weekend! He spent several hours inspecting the property and sent me a copy of the report the same day. the peoperty was fixer upper and I wanted to be sure what I was getting into. He also made recommendations for further evaluations by other professionals. Most helpful!

Mr. KRetzschmar was 15 mins early than thr appoinmwnt made with 12 hours request. I am the first time home buyer and Mr. Kretzschmar is my great choice for my home inspection service. He pointed out every single detailed he found in the property and give me a recommendation for a sewer line camera inspection worth it for the age of the property. i feel he had a great quality of doing a great job and i dont feel regret to hire him.
