I own a fourplex with First American Home Warranty Coverage. Emergency situation, I had tenant contact Everyday to arrange the appointment. Dispatcher told tenant to have FAHW contact them to confirm we had fourplex coverage. I called dispatcher, who was rude, unprofessional and spoke broken English. I explained to her that I'd had the policy for years and this was never an issue. She said that I had to call warranty company to have them call to confirm service was to be performed at a particular unit. I asked her to call, since contractors can get right through to warranty company and we'd effectively skip a step. She refused. I waited over and hour to speak to someone at FAHW and during that time Everyday sent me an email telling me to find someone else. When I finally got through to FAHW, they reviewed my request and told me that Everyday had already contacted them through their portal, asking them to confirm coverage. Now FAHW has to find me a new vendor. And I've already paid for the service call. None of this had to happen. Everyday went out of their way to make my repair request more difficult. Don't expect any customer service from this shoddy outfit.
