+ 2 moreWe have used kevin several times over the past few years to remodel and repair our home. His rates are competitive and he is an honest buisnessman. We know we will recieve a fair price and quality work. He has even helped us find other good contactors when he couldnt provide service we needed. Last year he helped us find someone to repair our air conditioner.We our very happy with the work done to our home. Each job kevin has done has been done professionally. We have referred him to many of our friends. He did a room addtion and patio for one of our neighbors.I am sure we will be using him again for whatever our next project is.
Description of Work: Kevin has painted the exterior and interior of our home. He has installed drywall in our large living room. when we purchased the house the living room had paneling and when we removed it there was no drywall. So he installed it and applied texturing and painted it.He also removed a wall unit airconditioner that was in our home and did a great job. You wouldn't know it was ever there. He remodeled both our bathrooms completely and they look great, A few years ago we put in a pool and he painted our brick walls in back yard and installed lights on the side of house for our patio area.This past year he replaced our roof.
