+ -1 moreThe provider came by and stated that the coils were "frozen" and stated that was the cause of the AC not working properly. They were sent by my home warranty AHS which utilize inferior companies to alleviate issues. They also NEVER pick up their phones.
Description of Work: The provider inspected the AC system and did not repair anything.

+ -1 moreThe service provided was inadequate. Air Zone reported that the system was in good working order. Three days after the inspection, the system completely stopped working.
Description of Work: The service provided was to investigate a problem with the air conditioning. The service provider arrived at the house and I explained the issue that was being experienced. The service provider (Ivan of Air Zone) walked around the house, walked inside to look in through the opening of the attic. This was the extent to the effort to find out what was causing the problem. Ivan then wrote a service order stating that there were no mechanical problems with the AC and that the only noticeable potential problem was that the ducts in the attic might be a little small. The ducting issue had nothing to do with the fact that the AC is not cooling the air or house. Three days after Ivan visited, the AC completely stopped working. It is clearly not in good mechanical working condition. After all, he only spent 10 seconds looking at the AC unit from approximately 20 feet away.
