Victors Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Not the best. I've tried this company 3 times and the price is the best but I don't find them responsive to calls and the work they do is just OK. They were referred to me by a realtor who uses them and refers them to many people and I'm sure they take care of her but didn't do it for me. I used them for two different properties and it was the same.

Punctual. Ive used this Co several times before and was satisfied. This last time,new guys and took advantage of fact I wasn't here to oversee their lack of completion to work order. I asked for 3 rooms to b cleaned (although i have 4)with 3 small stains (total)and 1 gum stain removal was quoted $97 (reasonable price). I came home to find same stains present, carpet smelled bad and gum still present. I called them back next day, receptionist/(owner wife) agreed to have them fix at no extra cost just to show them the spots i need cleaned. Guy that came wanted more money to complete their errors (another $60!) was rude and unapologetic. Said no one told him about stains and wanted more $. When i refused he simply shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Professional..? I found that there was major miscommunication between office staff and workers which caused mishap. When I called to speak with staff that promised and quot;satisfaction guaranteeand quot; I could get no reply and no one answered phones. They aren't worth the trouble, In the end I lost the $ and had to have a different Co come out to re - do the job Victors carpet should have done. Not the same company I've used before. They got lazy, disrespectful and take for granted loyal customers.

Excellent service. Did a great job. Punctual, courteous. Would recommend and use again.

Perfect job. They arrived early as I told them I would be home. I like using a family owned business and will call them next time Very Professional. Just two people and one is Victor.

My wife and I are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our local church facilities. The carpeting through out the Church had gotten soiled and stained. After getting several estimates from carpet cleaners we found Victor's to be price competitive and offering the most complete service. We had used them several time previously at our home and were very satisfied. Their work at our church was excellant.

The men arrived on time and eventually additional help arrived and the work was performed in a timely manner. Please note that you do not have Victor's current address on these pages. They have moved from that address several years ago according to their office..... dg

We have been using his services for about four years. He comes out and cleans out carpets every two or three months. He is terrific! He is always able to get the carpets complete clean and stain free. He really is the best and I am the most picky a person can be, so that means he is really great!

THEY WERE FRIENDLY, IT WAS REALLY CLEAN AND THEY TOLD US HOW TO KEEP IT CLEAN AND MAINTAIN IT. THEY GOT HERE RIGHT AWAY AND THEY CAME TO PICK UP THE FANS THAT WERE LEFT TO DRY THE CARPETS.

THEY WERE ABLE TO GO OUT ON SHORT NOTICE AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE TOO. THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ALL MY SPECIAL REQUESTS.
