+ -1 moreTHE GUY CAME VERY QUICKLY TO DO MEASUREMENTS, BUT OTHER DEPARTMENTS WERE A NIGHTMARE. WHEN I CALL TO ASK QUESTIONS, IT TAKES FOREVER FOR SOME DEPARTMENTS TO PICK UP THE PHONE.

+ -1 moreTHE PURCHASE PROCEDURE WENT FAIRLY WELL EXCEPT THAT THE DELIVERY DATE DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS. THE APPLIANCE CAME INTO THE STORE LATER THAN WAS ESTIMATED, HOWEVER, THE DELIVERY WENT VERY WELL.
Description of Work: PURCHASED AND HAD DELIVERED, A MAYTAG DRYER FROM THIS COMPANY UPON MOVING INTO A NEW HOME NEAR THEIR STORE.
