Description of Work: Atila fixed a disastrous installation of three humidifiers in our home. Each HVAC unit had a Honeywell humidifier and each one of them was installed by a licensed HVAC company and they were installed improperly and ultimately failed -- causing damage within our home. After the first company continued to insist that it was the failure of either our use of the humidifier or Honeywell, I resorted to searching through the Yellow Pages for other HVAC companies -- hoping one could resolve our concerns. I chose to call First Choice because their website seemed to include more information and less sales material -- and, frankly, BS. I didn't know anyone, but I was hoping for the best. To my surprise, Atila Both - the owner of the company - called me back on a Saturday and said he could come by on Sunday. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. He diagnosed and fixed our problem -- the way it should have been installed initially -- and it has worked the way it was intended every since. He has the technical information and diagnostic tools required to properly analyze any HVAC system and has provided us with real recommendations. He has modified our air ducts that allow our HVAC system to work properly and efficiently. We spent all of the money with the first firm to install high-quality and, frankly, ridiculously expensive, equipment that was not working efficiently at all. Unfortunately, the company that sold them to us installed them as the previous units were installed and expected them to perform better. Atila showed us through his tests that our air ducts would not allow the system to work as intended -- and, consequently, we were not experiencing the benefits of the new and highly-efficient systems we installed. After Atila adjusted our system and rebuilt our ducts our electric bills have been 20% lower than they were previously -- and in the desert that amounts to a fair amount of money.
