The technician, Lon quickly disassembled, tested, and diagnosed that the ice maker itself was functional. He determined that there was no water coming into the ice maker. He then traced the water feed line back to a cabinet under the kitchen sink, where he found that the line was not connected up to the cold water plumbing. The line had inadvertently been disconnected by a plumber, who had worked under the sink a week earlier. Needless to say, we won't be using that plumber again. As he worked, Lon explained what he was doing and why. He was professional and thorough. We'd definitely call him for refrigerator service in the future.

WHEN THEY ARRIVED IT WAS A SIMPLE BUTTON THAT WAS STICKING, SO THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO PREVENT THAT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. THEY ALSO CHECKED OVER THE ENTIRE DISHWASHER TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING LOOKED OK.
