architect, swimming pools

Description of Work: Met with us to discuss a waterfall and subsequent landscaping into a swimming pool. About a week later he emailed us a sketch and approximate cost. We indicated we wanted to work with him and get more detailed plans. After 6 weeks of unreturned phone calls and emails, we are way behind schedule. Behind with the sculptor, the HOA and now we will have to hire someone else. He totally blew us off! Not a very professional way of doing business. Very disappointing and would not recommend him at all.
