KJ DESIGN

Salesperson John came out to my house and quickly provided an estimate. He had brought samples of the laminate that they carry, so I was able to choose a color. I decided to go with KJ Design and they were able to schedule to do the work within a few days' time. The crew of three arrived on time. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier, as the foreman spoke only Chinese, and his helper spoke only enough Chinese to communicate with him minimally and only enough English to communicate minimally with me, but not enough of both languages to understand, let alone communicate, the problems effectively. I ended up speaking with John by cell phone to resolve the couple of small issues that came up. They did an excellent job. I was told they would take three days; they worked until 6:45 pm on the first day, and finished up by noon on the second day, so that was great. They hauled away the old carpet, moved large furniture and moved it back when done.

After calling JK Design, the salesman scheduled an appointment for the next day. The estimate he gave me was superb. I had done some previous research and the estimates I had received did not come close to his. I decided then and there to hire this company. The installers were there ahead of the scheduled time. They carefully removed some heavier items of furniture that remained in the rooms. They worked diligently and quietly. They were friendly and polite and their workmanship was beautiful. When they left they took all the old carpeting away and left the premisis as neat and clean as they found it. I am completely happy with the work performed. I love my floors and have redone those rooms around the enhanced flooring.

THE COMPANY TOOK OUT CARPET IN ONE ROOM AND LINOLEUM IN ANOTHER AND PUT DOWN LAMINATED WOOD FLOORING. THEY ALSO INSTALLED NEW FLOOR BOARDS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. THEIR PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE AND THE RESULTS WERE EXCELLENT.
