Cornelio's Tree Service

Cornelio told me it would be a and quot;light trimmingand quot; and shaping.
which is what I wanted . Instead what I got was the typical major
thinning out. They were trimmed correctly in that the trees would
grow out later in a beautiful umbrella shape. At least they were not
stripped bare with just the trunk and mayor branches left like some companies
we have dealt with. The bigger complaint I have with him in particular is
that he wrote nothing up and when it was time to pay, he came up with a higher
price for the job ($ 1900 ). I contested it and just paid the original price and he
went with it without blinking a eyelash. In other words, he tried to get more.
What the h***, it was worth a shot. Also at that time, he tried to get me to have
two other tress done. I didn't bite. I tolerate no more of these tactics from anybody.
Enough is enough.

Found his card on my front door, and after receiving another fairly pricey estimate I wanted to see what he would offer.
Extremely prompt response after leaving a message for an estimate request. He came the next morning, although I did have to meet him in my car and have him follow me to my house, as he was unfamiliar with the area. Minor inconvenience, but nothing major.
My house sits on a steep hill, and most of the trees that needed to be trimmed for fire regs were at the bottom of the slope. That, along with the fact that the dead grass and brush that needed to be cut and cleared spanned the ENTIRE incline, meant that the clean-up would be a major hassle to lug everything up the hill, and would bump up the price... or at least that's what the last guy who did an estimate said. But Cornelio didn't seem to care! He offered to do my entire property, as well as shave down a tree that was past its growing season, all for a couple hundred less than the other guy (who didn't throw in the shaved tree).
He came with five or six guys the next morning, and they got to work right away. There was a bit of a language barrier, but the point-man was easy enough to communicate with. The actual cutting and weed-whacking took a lot less time than I expected, so I was skeptical when I was invited outside to take a look and the finished product. But lo and behold, it looked absolutely great! I was completely satisfied. The clean up, however, took a lot longer than I expected. But that was just because they were extremely thorough, and actually cleaned stuff that was already there before they arrived!
I couldn't have been happier with the finished product. Plus, Cornelio guarantees his work, at least for the fire regulation part. He said that if they inspect my property and find it unsatisfactory, he'll come out and fix it for free. Fortunately, I don't think that'll be a problem, because he did a great job.
I will definitely be using him again!

Cornelio's crew did a fantastic job clearing the area of roots and also ensuring that the hedge was put in properly. Before I called him, I was intending to do the job myself, but taking down the massive trees proved to be too dangerous for an amateur like me.
I am glad I went with Cornelio as the job was done within two days and looks far better than I ever imagined.
I highly recommend him for any yard work around town.

Arrived on time as agreed upon. Completed work as specified, price as agreed upon. Details and clean up could have been slightly improved; however, the trees look wonderful! I have never seen a work team who seemed to so enjoy their work. It was impressive.

We just called this company again to trim our front trees. Our neighbors were impressed with the job they performed and have hired them for work on their property.

SHOWED UP ON TIME, COMPLETED AND CLEANED UP QUICKLY. PRICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL. MY PARENTS HAVE ALSO USED THIS COMPANY ON A YEARLY BASIS TO TRIM THEIR PINE AND OTHER LARGE TREES.
