+ -1 moreThis company gave me the runaround the whole time I dealt with them. The person they sent out to give me an estimate and take measurements was not very knowledgeable as far as making the garage more organized. Plus they were super late to the appointment. I gave them a large deposit for the job, and I had a family emergency so I could not get the work started. The customer service in the office was not good. I tried to scale the job down to get it finished, and they said I still had to paid the full amount. They were inflexible and would not work with me.
Description of Work: I hired this company to assist me in getting my garage organized.

+ -1 moreThe cabinets have worked well and have remained in good shape. The design had of the layout had a hidden flaw. That flaw was that a second garage door that was not in use at the time was blocked from openings bye one of the cabinets. When I decided to use that door, we found out that we could not open it. Closet World refused to fix their error in layout design at their expense. I won a judgement in small claims court for $531. They have refused to return my calls with resepect to paying the judgement or discussing it. I consider this very unprofessional. I estimate that one of their technicians could have moved the problem cabinet to an acceptable place in well less than an hour.
Description of Work: Closet World installed a large number of cabinets in my garage.

+ -1 moreIt took a long time for the designer to draw up the sketches and quote the job. I did not use this company.
Description of Work: Came out to design and bid the job. I had a master closet that I wanted hanging, shelve and drawer space built in. I also had a smaller closet that I wanted half of it made until a linen closet.

+ -1 moreTHEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME AT A SPECIFIC TIME AND DAY, BUT THEY DIDN'T COME SO I HAD TO CALL AND ASK THEM WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO COME. THE WOMAN AT THE OFFICE WAS VERY NICE. AT THE END THERE WAS A LOT OF THINGS THEY NEEDED TO HAUL AWAY, BUT THEY DIDN'T DO IT FOR A WHILE.
Description of Work: THE HOUSE WAS PAINTED, THE UPSTAIRS DECK EXTENDED, AND ELECTRICAL FANS AND OUTSIDE LIGHTS INSTALLED.
