Horrible company. Late, unprofessional and I canceled with in the 3 day time period and they still charged me $1000.00 AND REFUSE TO REVERSE IT. I will have to take them to Court. They don't respond to emails or any of the multiple phone calls from myself and American Express.

We told them that we were only available Saturday or Sundays. The saleslady said that was fine, and then they said that they did not work on Saturdays or Sundays after we already paid them. They were not truthful. The work that was done was ok, but not the greatest. I would definitely not recommend them or use them again in the future.

Things did not well. It was a terrible process. They had to return multiple times due to improper measuring and poorly fitted pieces. This was a great inconvenience to me.

We had a really bad experience with this company. Had them do some garage work. First, the designer (Maureen Dampier) came over and did the estimate... she spent over 3 hours here and wouldnt leave until she basically wore us down. They installed the wrong size cabinet in our garage so the things that were supposed to fit in wouldnt fit. It took over a month of multiple calls to the company which mostly went unanswered to finally get ahold of someone. So I asked them to fix it. They refused. They said we would have to buy a whole new cabinet at full price. It was their mistake but they wont fix it. So my advice is stay the h*** away from this company. They are the worst! You can find websites full of negative reviews on this company. Oh, and when you call the company and press the number to get to customer service... it doesnt work! They rigged it so you cant even get customer service on the phone!

Designer was nice an personable but we did not get the same product as the design. They came to install and forgot several doors. It's taken six visits now and countless phone calls and the job is still not complete. Product quality is fair - customer service is poor. Installers were decent.

CLOSED WORLD CAME OUT TO MY HOME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY CHILDRENS closet DOORS. Their PRICES WERE EXCELLENT AND THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME DIFFERENT QUOTES ON WHAT I WANTED. THEIR PRICES WERE EXCELLENT SO I USED THEM. WHEN THEY CAME TO COMPLETE THE WORK THEY DID SUCH A BEAUTIFUL JOB.

OUR SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. THE PEOPLE SCHEDULED A TIME TO DO THE WORK AND THEN DID NOT SHOW. IT WAS ANOTHER FOUR WEEKS BEFORE WE WERE RESCHEDULED FOR THEIR ERROR. WE WERE NOT CHARGED FOR THE WORK AS AGREED IN OUR INITIAL CONTRACT, AND THE WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS NOT QUALITY AT ALL!
