Two of the items purchased through this website were two faucets -a bar faucet and a kitchen sink faucet with attached sprayhead. The bar sink faucet broke after using two months and after numerous phone calls and sending pictures of the faucet, they finally sent me a replacement hose section. The large kitchen faucet with the attached sprayhead broke after 2 years. The sprayhead with all the little holes has developed splits and sprays out the sides all over the floor, counters and backsplash. The other side of this faucet - the gooseneck side, the end piece came off and the aerator is broken and the screen blew out from the end of the piece. I called and sent a couple emails regarding this to the company. I finally got some help and spoke to a couple people. After sending pictures again of the broken piece, they told me that the piece that I was holding in my hand does not come off and if it does, the faucet is broken. I told him this piece has been coming off since I received the faucet (you can turn the faucet off and on and still use the sprayhead) and that I needed a new piece. They told me the piece cannot be replaced you had to buy the whole faucet. I asked about where it is manufactured and could they get me the part. Again, no part - only can buy a replacement. They offered me a new replacement with 15% off! Turns out these faucets are made in China. On the website they advertise "European Design" faucets. There is no mention of these coming from China or not being able to get replacemenet parts. Even the packing had no warranty info in it and no instructions as to how to use the faucet - no directions how to clean faucet. I asked for at least a 50% reduced price - No. I then asked if they would replace it free of charge - of course not! I told them there is no way I would pay for the same faucet that would develop the same problems. All their faucets are "European Design".
