I hired Eddie for my mother's house. It needed a good amount of wood replaced due to termite damage. We gathered a couple estimates and Eddie's knowledge and personality stood above the rest. My mother was very happy with the work he completed on her house and would certainly recommend him to others.

I decided to go with Legacy Termite Control because of how thorough Eddie was during his inspection compared to other companies.

The initial contact was quick and efficient. The initial inspection appeared to be through with a well presented picture of what was found concerning termite damage. Eddie described the options which were available with pros and cons, warranty and costs. Based on his through presentation and costs, we chose Legacy to address our termite problem. Mary was very prompt in letting us know when to expect service as well as the paperwork/payments involved.

Legacy was very accommodating with Mary scheduling an estimator to come out on a Saturday, when my husband was also home. She then called a half hour before Eddie was to arrive to give us a heads up. Once we scheduled Eddie to come out to do the treatment, he again accommodated us with a Saturday. Mary kept us in the loop via email with reminders that Eddie was arriving on Saturday morning at 8:30. Eddie arrived promptly on both occasions, finished the job early, was very professional, friendly, informative....just the kind of guy I would want representing my company! Great, efficient job, leaving the site as good or better.

They suggested a General Contractor for other unrelated repairs which I found one and I will be calling Service Magic for a General Contractor.

Very Happy with Legacy. They did everthing as promised and on time. Did not use any high pressure sales tactics.

I called for a garage job. Estimate was done with care and very informative. Future costs vs. one-time treatments were explained. They didn't take advantage where I had found legacy termite evidence and informed me this didn't require treatment. They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. They identified evidence in the attic and we added this to the one time service. Subterranean treatment involved removing soil from behind the garage wall. During treatment they identified this as an entry point and kept the soil off of there rather than backfilling, and notified me. Finally, they took some extra time to hit woodwork pieces.

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Legacy Termite Control Inc. They were very accommodating with the planning & scheduling of the fumigation especially around a holiday weekend. The individuals that actually performed the house tenting, fumigation, tent removal, and final inspection were professional, informative, and friendly.
