Johnny and Dream Telecom were a great find for our business. We needed our phones upgraded, but also we needed an old phone number forwarded to our new number. Johnny was able to handle that. Installed our new phones, trained us how to use them and also saved us money on our monthly bill. In addition to upgrading our phones, Johnny is also a Microsoft expert and solved some network issues we were having. Glad we found Dream Telecom and will be using them for all our phone and IT issues going forward.

One of my cameras did not work so I had to wait for another one to be shipped. Johnny came back to my home to help. He said because I was old and he wanted to help me out.

These guys were relentless in making sure we were happy with their work. Johnny was always available and communicated even on the weekend. They were clearly very knowledgeable. Would recommend highly!

They did everything perfect

Called immediately after scheduling my home advisor appointment and fit us in an earlier appointment the next day. The guy was on time and got straight to work with needing little explanation on my end and was very friendly. Wasn't afraid to get dirty. Verified everything worked before he left and explained the breakdown of the problem and how it was reflected on the bill. Will be using this company for our future telecommunication problems.

They didn't show up when they said they were coming. They didn't fix our problem and they wanted to charge too much.

the technician arrived at my home on time, was knowledgeable about the matter & resolved the issues. the most important part was he showed me clearly what was wrong so that i could troubleshoot the issue myself in the future

I would recommend Dream Telecom to any business or residence look to have audio/visual systems added or upgraded to their property. Jonny Won did a fantastic job on the installation of our rooftop television at the property I manage in Downtown LA. Not only did he see where we could improve our existing television, he saw what needed to be repaired so the new television would not run into the same problem in the future. Johnny's experience and knowledge in his field is quite astonishing, he seems to have what it takes to get any job done. John worked fast but he was also very careful to explain what he was doing he had me check to make sure I was happy with the solution he provided!
