Very flexible and excellent customer service

I was give n a Quote for the work I wanted done and based on the price given I scheduled this contractor to do the job. However, when they arrived to do the work I was told it would be an additional $250 for the job even though there was no change to the work being requested. The inspector had to request additional work before he could sign off on the permit (including that all of the circuit breakers be labeled). However, I discovered that the breaker for the garage door was labeled as being for the microwave in the kitchen and when I brought this to the attention of the electrician, he told me they just had to label the circuit breakers and that didn't mean the label had to reflect the correct area or appliance that was connected to it. I ended up having to label the circuit breakers myself to be sure they were correct and I Refused to pay the increased $250 charge assessed after my quote. I have been threatened by the contractor that he will lien my property which I will fight in court if I have to since there was no change to the work and I had to do some of the work myself to be sure the breakers were labeled correctly. I would NOT recommend this vendor to anyone!

Raul showed up on time, performed the tasks needed and was very polite.

Carlos showed up on time and was very polite. It turned out that my problem was with the wiring from the power pole and he explained that was the power company's responsibility. He could have easily charged me for something. I would not have known any better. But he was honest and only charged me for the service call/diagnosis. That said, the power company has been out and the problem is not entirely fixed so I'm not sure if there still may be a problem with my system rather than the power line. I may need to call Carlos back out.
