 + -1 moreI purchased a Cold War era Russian Spetsnaz watch for my son to add to his collection and the temperature variances that took place in transit from Russia caused the glue on the back of the dial face to release. This caused the hands to raise and lower at will on the center shaft and we could not set the time without all 3 hands getting hung up on each other. Vladimir is a European specialist, which I did not even know until I got there. He was polite and explained things in great detail, yet in terms that were easily understood. I was expecting for the costs to be a lot, due to the nature of the watch and the initial cost of the watch. The repair only cost me $45.00 and it has been ticking like a champ ever since. He gave me a date that it would be ready and he was right on time. This is one of the absolute best experiences I have had with customer service in a very long time. I HIGHLY recommend Vladimir for any of your watch or clock repair needs.
Description of Work: The dial face of a Russian watch needed to be reglued and the hands adjusted to the correct spacing.

 + 1 moreI like them very much. I also took a very old watch to him to give me an estimate on the value of it. He really didn't charge anything for that. He is a one man operation and it's Vladimir himself. He has been in business for a very long time. He is just reasonable priced. He can give me an opinion on something without charging me for it which I always like. It was something that he could do while I waited; I didn't have to come back for it.
Description of Work: I used Vladimir Watch & Clock Repair to repair a watch and a very small clock.
