Installation was completely quickly and according to specifications.

The person they sent was excelent. I think everything is too expensive. I'm sorry. On punctuality, I think he actually beat he's projected time. I would use this provider again.

It was the BEST!!! The gentleman arrived a few minutes early, was very professional and was easy to work with. He performed the requested task, leaving both the inside of the house and the outside of the house clean, and without a trace of work having been done. Through the course of my questioning, he provided me with a drywall installer recommendation which I requested of him. It was a crisis situation where I was without heat until the repair was completed and I had had several providers fail at providing this...the wonderful end to this story is that the drywall was repaired the NEXT day, we had heat the following day, and all because of this very kind man from Target Electric. I will have him return in the future to help with updating some electrical circuits (?) on the panel. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and my wonderful extended experience with them!

Ordered the product, Target called me to schedule, they came out and did the job. Super easy.

I had a different idea for what I wanted installed. He said it would take a little longer and so he just installed a switch and said he'd come back and give me an estimate and that's the last I ever saw him and I've left it at that. Unsatisfactory. They should've contacted me and said I needed someone else.

The job could not have gone better, and Sean of Target was terrific. Picking Target was no more than a lucky shot in the dark here on Angie's List. I awarded a "B" for price because I had no other bids to compare to, but I'm sure Sean's quote was competitive for good quality work. I can recommend Target without reservation, and will happily call them for any other electrical work.

Excellent - the technician was extremely thorough and only recommended what was needed. I had previously been told I needed to replace the entire electrical panel but the technician recommended that I consider only replacing the breakers as all other elements of the electrical panel were in working order

James arrived on time -- on the weekend!! -- to install lighting fixtures and a device that evens-out the electrical current that enters the house -- we live in the Backcountry and our electricity is very irregular. He did a beautiful job installing fixtures in the kitchen, dining room, and on the veranda. I am very glad we decided to "invest" in the surge protector -- it seemed quite expensive -- even though we already had similar devices protecting our computers. I can really "hear" the difference in the motors on the refrigerator and freezer. In fact, I suspect it has prolonged the life of my beloved, upright 40-year-old freezer. Both are running much more smoothly. We have so many other large electrical appliances -- washer, drier, dish washer, air conditioning -- that are running much more smoothly now. I think this was a good investment. I was very satisfied with the service provided by James and Target Electric. When I needed help with repairing the electrical sockets in the bathrooms and living room, installing new lighting fixtures, and installing new electrical outlets for the washing machine and drier, they scheduled a house call to coincide with the plumbers, talked to them about the placement and size of the current required, and did all of the required electrical installation so the plumbers could return the next Monday. I really appreciated that these two contractors coordinated their work! I will definitely go back to Target Electric the next time I need electrical work done.

Sean, was very polite in the phone and super accommodating for our short time line. I told him I needed an electrical post cut down to accommodate a grill insert. He said it was something they could handle and they could come the next day, if need be. He estimated the project to be $275 to $375....so I said ok. William showed up the next day, I showed him the outlet and what needed to be done and he said it would be $380. I was taken back abit, but I said ok. Then he said he need to leave and pick up supplies. He left for an hour, came back and started the job. He asked me on 2 occasions exactly what I wanted and I kept saying, "whatever is easiest". So, he said lets do 2 new outlets and scrap the post, I said ok and that's when he hit me the $416 price. At this point, I felt like I couldn't say no....so I hesitatingly said ok. Well, $416 dollars later and 2 new outlets....the work was completed in 2 hours. I would've gave them a grade of "B", but because they accommodated my short time line, I bumped it up to an "A".

Sean was great. He is very conscientious and customer service focused. The work I had Sean do was tricky. He did not have the part on hand but quickly ran to Home Depot AND did not charge me for the trip. He was still able to complete the work on time and within budget. A pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Sean for any electrical work needed around your home and plan on hiring him again in the future.

Jesy well with pump over expected turns of events. Scheuate for water heater did not indicate proper number of circuits so target electric was reg wired to come out twice once plumber attempted to install water heater, target was very responsive to our needs & came out of earliest date to add additional circuits.

Jim called ahead & abused of arrival time. It was a 6 hour job and finished on time.

Sean not only did the work I had for him (5 jobs, installing fixtures, outlets, etc.) but he saved me money by pointing out things that didn't need to be fixed or could be fixed without using the items I had bought at Home Depot in advance. Therefor, I could return about $125 worth of goods. One small problem. He installed a fluorescent light fixture in the closet that I had bought at Home Depot (48 inches), but when we tried to put a tube that I bought from the same place, he said it was too short. I made a separate trip back, used an employee to help, and we still could not find a T5 tube anywhere longer than 46 inches. Now I have the fixture installed, but nothing to go in it.

he arrived on time, (it is an older house {1957}) told me about how older houses need upgrades ran down where all the breakers went (except for one). In that process had to turn off/or disconnected all electrical switches and plugs. (did not tell me he was going to do that and therefore when he finished didnt tell me that all my clocks would be off. (that little bit of courtesy would have been appreciated. Let me know what he couldnt do on that visit, suggesting that I call their office for an estimate (understood that). Did not go on roof to check air/heat unit up there. He was very courteous and neat, respecting the interior of my home. the initial contact (for him coming to my home) was done on his cell phone as he sat in front of my house. (a 10/15 min advanced warning would have been appreciated.) He did leave an estimate for the upgrades/repairs) he recommended be done.
