Quoted $250 to $350 for the job. Billed me $499, but settled for $389. The worker took 5 hours to complete the job which I'm told should have been done in 1-1/2 to 2 hours.

Jim from Target Electric was terrific--he worked diligently, explained what he was doing as he went along, and he offered different options for addressing the problem.

Sean came by today to fix a problem that was ongoing for a while. He got here and found it quickly, repaired that problem and gave suggestions for other issues he found. He was very professional, friendly. I would definitely recommend his company for any of you electrical needs!

Showed up on time good professionalism and fixed the problem. However I felt the Charge for one and a half hours of work for $390 was too high. That was only for labor. As I supplied the parts I would hire them again but first I would get an estimate exactly how much it would cost. I believe their house call was $250 just to show up at your door.

I misunderstood the offer. I thought they would change out 4-6 recessed can lights. It was only one light for $99. So they explained to me what the offer was. They changed out the one light fixture for me. I already had the can light fixtures, so I changed out the rest after I watched the electrician change out one for me. He was very nice & helpful. If I needed their services for something else I wouldn't hesitate to get an estimate.

Sean is literally the Wikipedia of electrical knowledge. You ask him a question and he gives you every detail of the job. He gives you both the technical side of the job as well as the common terminology which helps you understand what he is going to do. He prices his jobs very competitively and he aims to please. He gives you every scenario of what he can do as well as less expensive options to save you money (without compromising quality work). Sean holds himself and his company to the utmost highest levels of customer satisfaction. His follow through and customer service make Target Electric stand out amongst other contractors in the electrician field.

It went really well, Sean provided me some insight in to what I should think about over the phone. The installation went very well and he explained everything he was going to do before he started. This saved me about $200 up front by finding the best priced charger for me car.

From my first interaction on the phone with Sean at Target Electric, I knew I'd made the right choice in calling this company. After I'd described the problem, he told me that sometimes a service call wouldn't be needed if I he could walk me through testing the GFCI's in the house, as occasionally, my problem could be solved by just re-setting a tripped breaker. We tried that, but to no avail. The issue would turn out to be more complicated than that. An appointment was made for a service call and Sean got to the root of the problem, finding the culprit and replacing a worn-out breaker in a rather obscure place in the house. He was professional, knowledgeable, offered excellent customer service and was super responsive. I would be confident in placing all of any future electrical needs in Target Electric's hands.

Just purchased my home and came across several outlets around the house not working. One of the outlets I checked had burn marks and a melted cap, so I acquiesced to a professional to check my electrical system for potential hazards. Sean, the owner, was able to make it the same day, as I called early, so I was able to fit in his schedule. He was as professional as you can ask for. He was polite, and explained what was happening throughout. Will use him again when I need additional electrical work.

Everything went smoothly. In and out very quickly. Cleaned up after.

He was super polite, punctual, and explained the details of the job. Presented multiple options for lighting and wiring to the existing switch in the room.also ended up coming back the next day to secure the fan in the ceiling with multiple 2x4s because our joists were not all in the right places to provide adequate support for the fan. This second part was free of charge. Gives me peace of mind knowing he went above and beyond to provide great service and didn't try to change the price after initially quoting. Also shows he is a creative electrician who can still accomplish the tasks despite obstacles

Sean went out there first, called me long-distance, gave a price -- $855.00 -- bought materials at Home Depot plus parabolic lenses ($85 more). Offered to install at no charge but found a problem with old materials. Recommended I contact a handyman and gave me language to use to describe the problem. Would hire again.

Sean gave me all details and information that was needed on the job. Gave me options and deferred to my opinions. Very professional and mindful of neighbors and area. Got into small tiff with his other journeyman but he was just warning his journeyman of possible damage or carelessness. Overall great guy and can do attitude. Will hire again if needed.

Very smooth, no problems. Sean was a very pleasant and professional electrician. He was very careful not to track dirt into the house and did a great clean up job when finished.

They found the issue and fixed it. They did recommend some things that we will be doing in the future. I found them on Angie's List. I read the reviews and get a feeling for which one I like. I have not had a bad one from Angie's List. I would absolutely use them again.

Sean was able to figure out what was wrong with our ceiling fan, and he had it working in no time. With new smoke detectors and a working fan, we are extremely happy. The service we received was professional and thorough. Sean was great at explaining our choices on the repair, and we feel completely satisfied with his work. I am so glad we found a great electrician, and the price was excellent, too. We will use him again for our electrical repairs. P.S. He's super nice, too!

They are very good. He is a terrific guy. it is a little operation, but he and his wife is very attentive. We are still working with them. He is going to continue doing work for us. It is going to be done in stages. I am going to keep using him. He came within a few days after I bought it, so it was fine. I would say an A.

I could not have found a nicer, sharper person to help me with the electrical problem. He came almost immediately and got my house back to normal. He also explained a lot of the finer points of breakers and electrical circuits. I would say that he went over and above in his helpfulness. I will definitely call him again. Cindy Newsome

Unable to come to an agreement. The job that was requested was not focused on and there was an exorbitant cost involved in upgrading which had no bearing on the issue at hand. After partial work was completed as per the paid estimate. Another estimate was going to have to be made to fix the problem of flickering lights and lights brightening after appliances were used. Target Electric was asked to finish up and remove himself from my house. It is my understanding that a person with 16yrs. experience would have the knowledge to take care of the cause or at least give the possible cause and solution without having to give multiple estimates. Furthermore, the work completed was at a rate of $600/hour with minimal cost to materials.
