Description of Work: Sean (the owner) came out approximately 12:00 as stated and replaced a faulty light switch in the hallway and also for the front porch light. He inspected several switches in other areas of the house and gave me recommendations. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having him work for me. I definitely recommend him highly and wouldn't hesitate recommending him to my family, friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: They installed a ceiling fan and a whole lot more. I expected to have to install a fan bracket along with the additional cost. Sean went out of his way to insure the existing box was adequate for the fan. He proved to both of us that the box was more than adequate. Once the fan was installed it proved to be unstable at high speed. Sean worked extra time struggling to balance the fool thing. Sean was quick, efficient, HONEST, and friendly. I'd hire them again in a moment.

I was pleased with the service - could not have asked for anything to go more smoothly. It was entirely satisfactory. The above date of service is an estimate only but it was probably about a year ago.

Description of Work: My power kept going out. I hired the owner to troubleshoot; he said it was a $375 service fee which includes repair during the visit. He said he was sending out one of his best guys. The guy that came out and before he even got the job done said, "oh ya, this is common, should be an easy fix" and while my husband was observing his work the man mentioned "ya, I gotta make sure to do a good job for you Angie's list customers" as if it's not common otherwise? Then, the man was trying to pry off a switch or something in the box, broke it, hoped my husband wouldn't see and just discreetly placed it back and kept moving.. My husband said "uh, hello, is that broken?" And the man made a shy giggle and said, "oh, it's fine" and smiled. When the man went to his truck my husband looked closer and noticed metal was exposed under the broken piece and then called the owner who was quite disappointed to hear this, turns out it wasn't ok! I have to assume by this that the man wouldn't have mentioned the damage he caused if my husband hadn't noticed, and it was actually a hazard!! After all this, it turns out that the owner knew this was only gonna be a half hour standard fix and still felt it honorable to charge me $375 PLUS parts totalling $525! I had another electrician come out afterward and do an entire day's (6 hours work) wiring all my ceiling fans, adding switches to 3 rooms, adding remotes, and only charged me $350, and was disappointed to hear about Target's abuse of my trust. What's worse, the actual service I bought on Angie's list, $99 for a whole home inspection, was a lie: the owner himself did it and didn't actually do a thorough job; he finished and said "well, everything looks good.. No code violations.." And my husband interrupted and said "well right above our island the lights were wired from these other lights and there's no box" and the owner was like, "oh, ya, I didn't look over there" in essence admitting he didn't actually do the thorough inspection we paid for. At this point we were just done with the guy and dismissed him.

Description of Work: It started out as a service call on my dryer which turned into replacing the 1953 sub and main electric panels. After the above work, I decided to have all the switches and outlets in the house and garage updated and modernized. Sean walked me through the entire process with knowledge, professionalism, and a great desire to make sure that I was pleased with the work. A couple glitches did happen that Sean took care of immediately. I feel his prices were more than fair. One could not ask for a more dedicated electrician. In fact, we have already discussed two jobs for next year.

Description of Work: Sean is the owner and came out on a Sunday to assess what needed to be done and to get us temporary service. Our house is 51 years old so things are not always straight forward. Sean would not leave until he was comfortable that everything was safe until the breaker box was replaced. |Sean, gave us quote for the additional work in a timely manner. The second visit was just as professional as the first. He was on time and very conscientious about his work. We would use him again.

Description of Work: I paid for an inspection service. It was fair but the estimate on the cost was pretty high and I went with a lower bid. They were however responsive and professional.

Description of Work: I have not yet received my quote nor scheduled the services, but Sean at Target Electric has been very responsive in setting a date to visit my home and to review the work projects I have in mind. He's actively working on an estimate, and I look forward to working with him and his team!
