Description of Work: The contractor had an appointment window from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. The office called around 9:30 and said the electrician was running late on another job and he would be here by 10:15 to 10:30. About 10:20 I received another call asking me to bear with them and he would be here shortly. At 10:50 I telephoned the electrician and said I had to cancel the appointment because I had other obligations and I would not be able to stay home the additional 2 - 3 hours while they installed the estimated $380 in electrical outlets and wiring. I had the work completed by El Cajon Electric on 7/23/15 for $220.

We are really sorry for the missed appointment time Sir. We did try to communicate as best as we could and where not too far off the mark. We could have been there within the hour past 10:00 but I do understand your time is important and this was our mistake. You did agree to me to call back after the weekend and allow us to reflect some discounts for your time and it sounded like we still had the opportunity to reschedule the work. We did a follow up call for the work to be rescheduled at your request with no response. I'm glad you found another provider to help get your project completed and again I personally apologize. This does not happen often and we are working to ensure these things dont happen again in Target Electric. Thank you.

Description of Work: The price to do the Electrical inspection and labeling was a good deal. They told me I needed unnecessary work. They said I needed two new breakers installed, but I ask them to switch their locations and the problem was resolved. They also gave me a proposal for future work which I feel was high and contained some unnecessary work.

Description of Work: The bracket that holds my main electric line came off the roof and the line was in danger of grounding to the ground. He came within a half hour and repaired it without having to shut down my power or call the electric company. Thank you Angie's List.
