Very well, very thorough, very professional and knowledgeable

The first attempt to install my ceiling fan didn't go so well because the fan was damaged. Sean did all that he could to stop the fan from wobbling but, he was unsuccessful. Sean is a very kind, professional person. He was caring and wanted to make sure he could do all that he could to fix the ceiling fan. Sean ensured that I understood exacttly what was going on with the fan. He removed the ceiling fan and placed it in my car along with all the items that goes with the fan. Sean gave me many options and made sure I knew what to do when I returned the fan. Sean was very professional and caring toward me. We then set another time for him to come out and install another ceiling fan and again, he gave me some options and we agreed on the low charge of installing another ceiling fan. Sean called me to confirm our appointment time and he showed up on time. Again, he was professional, came in my home and installed the new ceiling fan. The fan works perfectly and feels good. Sean showed me how to operate the fan. He then gather all his tools to include the trash from the ceiling fan and dispose of it. I will highly recommend Sean to my family and friends. He does EXCELLENT work!! He's a caring person.

Sean was professional, informative, and very dedicated to making sure the job was done correctly. I originally called to have him repair the chandelier dimming switch in our breakfast nook. I also mentioned that the outside light did not work by the front door. We talked about getting the outdoor lights and inside switch and he would return. He also answered many general questions I had about the electricity in my kitchen. He did not charge me for the first call. After having a problem finding the exact match for the dimming switch at the local big box stores, he offered to order one online and have it express delivered for no extra charge. Sean came the second time and expertly repaired the dimmable chandelier switch and the two outdoor lights. He had to custom install one of the outdoor lights and did his best to not have to cause repainting around the area. He also offered to clean the bird mess surrounding one of the lights where birds had nested,. He did a great job. He was thorough and checked the electric panel outside the house as an extra bonus. I would definitely hire him again.

Sean listened to my description of what was going on with the appliances in the washroom, and explained to me in detail what he would do to correct the problem in the outlet. He worked for over an hour and took the time to advise me about other concerns that I have with my home's electrical system. I will use this company again for any future electrical malfunctions.

We purchased a flipped house and to our horror we immediately had a dangerous situation on our hands the first week we moved in. For a quick summary: there was arching on the dryer outlet, constant fuse blow outs and appliances were staged with no dedicated outlets. We knew we had some serious issues and that our home inspector missed some crucial things prior to purchase. I was new to La Mesa and wanted to hire a local company (as this is an important personal preference). Of the several electricians we called Target was the most available and the owner Sean actually came to our house the same day. Sean/Target Electric was judicious in identifying the issues and even took the time to conduct a survey underneath the house. Sean/Target electric sat down and explained his thoughts and also provided an estimated cost to rectify things. As the work progressed Sean and his journeyman electrician found multiple problems. This came about by them constantly reinspecting things and finding out that our entire house was running on one (1) 15-amp circuit, there were exposed wires in our attic buried in insulation with no junction boxes, there were massive code violations sealed off behind walls. Before any additional work would be performed Sean and Tony would sit down and explain in tangible terms what the issues were and how best to rectify things. As a medium to largish residential job not everything went smoothly and that is to be expected, but here is the difference: the issues were huge to me (because i cared about the safety of my family and the reliability of my house) and Target always immediately corrected any large or small issue as I brought them up or they informed me. Target Electric took my input seriously and corrected things with respect and alacrity. Also, everything was done to make sure I was satisfied. Another indication to their skill and professionalism is the stuff they did that you wouldn't normally or commonly see: they took the same care and expertise to install a fifth dedicated circuit when four (4) would suffice. After the work was completed, when I thought I had small lingering problem (which didn't turn out to be an electrical issue after all) Sean actually came out and explained things and ensured I was comfortable. Target also prepared a detailed invoice for our records and for us to present to our Attorneys to utilize as evidence/exhibit. We will always use Target for all our electrical needs and are very satisfied with their work

I paid an additional fee because I needed work on 2 breaker panels. I was charged for the parts for both of them. After the technician left, the pool motor stopped working and I had to call them back out to look at that. He was not very pleasant about coming back out. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the initial deal service.

I called Target Electric at 9:30am and he came out to the house by 11:00am. We have had several electricians come to the house and promised the sun and moon. we ended up with sour lemons. Sean came in listened to our woes of electricians troubles and set our minds at ease. We expected to be taken to the bank again, however he told us that what we wanted was not what we needed (even though it would have lined his pockets). He laid out a plan for what we really needed for the right cost. We were ready for a long day of fighting and high cost, but we came out ready for a long term relationship. Thank you Sean.

Sean and his crew did an excellent job. They were punctual and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable and I would definitely hire them again. Very polite and professional.

I spoke with the service provider and he explained that the deal was not necessary for what I needed to have done. He was very knowledgeable.

I called at 4:30 in the afternoon and Sean came right out. It turned out that the problem was intermittent so it was difficult to diagnose. Sean spent time troubleshooting and changed the GFI outlet in the garage. I never expected to get such gracious and prompt service so late in the day. I will certainly use him in the future.

Sean was, well, simply awesome. He was professional and super friendly. It turned out that the issue was a duh on this homeowner's part, and Sean did all he could to make sure I didn't feel like an idiot. I still did, but I am glad I had him check the plug since electricity is not something to fool around with when one does not know what one is doing. He didn't even charge me the full price for the visit which I thought was great customer service. We will be doing some electrical work in the near future, and I wouldn't go to anyone but Sean for the work. If I have to wait for him to have time to do, then I will wait! [member name removed]

The electrician arrived on time and used a ladder that fit the space. He hung the chandelier and adjusted the placement of the glob to where I wanted.
