Fantastic job, James was great & very professional and through got estimate for further work which I am scheduling.

Went well. Sean is the owner and is personable and professional. He will provide an estimate for additional electrical work that we may have done. Provided helpful information about additional electrical work that might consider in the future.

He came out. my wife showed him what was going on, I spoke with the tech on the phone and told him what I did to locate the problem, he said he thought it would be something simple. When I got home from work everything worked, he even repaired a couple of loose GFI boxes, the tech did a great job, I would recommend them to anyone with an electrical problem.

Pros: (1) Sean, the owner, is responsive, customer-service focused, and maintains communication with his customers. He copied my address and phone number down wrong, which delayed the arrival of the electrician, but his secretary called after the electrician arrived to correct my contact information, check the status, and apologize for the delay. (2) The work was done by a qualified electrician and the hanging pendant lights look great! (3) The electrician vacuumed the floor and counter top after he was done and ensured I was satisfied with the work before he left. Cons: (1) It took James, the electrician, all day and two trips to Home Depot to get the lights hung, although he had my job description in advance and should have had at least some of materials with him when he arrived. (2) The original phone quote Sean provided of roughly $500 - $600 dollars, depending on whether I wanted 2 or 3 lights hung, was low. The final total was $705.60, which I felt was too high. (3) In addition to the 3 holes James had to punch in my wall to run wiring, he misjudged the placement of the new light switch, which created another hole that will have to be patched. He also left several marks on the ceiling that will have to be repainted.

The service was great, timely done, with great detail and attention to the clients concerns. Jim came in a timely manner, with a slight a delay, but was fully aware of the inconvenience and promptly informed me.

The whole team from Target Electric was phenomenal! Their office manager, Saskia, was very friendly and helpful in terms of coordinating schedules. Sean, the owner, was great on discussing options and pricing that would fit within our remodel budget. The onsite techs, Bill and Damien, were amazing, calling with status updates when I was away from home, and working seamlessly with the other contractors in the house. The whole team took the fear factor out of a sizable electrical upgrade, making sure the process of updating the electrical in the 60-year-old home we just purchased was painless and affordable. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation (and actually have some additional work lined up for them already), and have already passed their information along to our realtor as well for any future clients who may need quality electrical work on their new purchase. I called Target electric because my microwave oven all of a sudden went off so I figured the kitchen outlet failed. I was able to get an appointment within the week. The owner Sean showed up within the time frame promised. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem by replacing the outlet wiring. He did inspect the outlets of my entire house. He advised me on what needs to be replaced which I appreciated because I have a 30 yr old home. Thanks , Sean.

I will consider hiring Target electric for my next electrical project.

Bill Bloom was the service technician and he was super nice and knowledgeable. He had the problem fixed in under an hour and also did some other tweaking (that's a technical term) of circuits and an outlet. Of course, I wish the price was lower but I think it was worth it for work done on a Sunday. It sure is nice having power in the bathrooms again! If I need an electrician again, I hope I can pick Bill. He seemed very trustworthy.

It was a pleasure having them over, they called the day before and 30 min prior to confirm inspection, they were on time and explained in detail what needed to be done in order to make my home safer.

They were able to fit me in right away and arrived on time. Professional approach. I am planning to use them for more work.

I am pleased with the work. I misunderstood some things in the beginning, but Sean was very responsive to my concerns and I am pleased with how things turned out. They were very careful and included me in all the steps, and cleaned up extra well. Very nicely done!

Some communication glitches (most not involving James) - hours posted on Angie's List, additional work discussed at time of appt. not transmitted to file, phone #s lost twice but I appreciate James hanging in there with me to the end and getting work done well. He was professional, competent, and pleasant.

James called me before he arrived. He was very polite and thorough. He went around the back of the house to check the electrical box and marked the circuit breaker for the two laundry machines, which is a great help to me. The new GFCI is warrantied and works without any problems. I asked what their hourly labor cost is, and he explained that they charge by the job, excluding parts, and that may or may not be beneficial to me in the future. I would have to compare their price for a job with electricians who charge by the hour, excluding parts.

This company really came through and helped me immensely. I texted him my tenant's phone number, he called him and walked him through troubleshooting the problem. He then called me right after their conversation to inform me they were able to solve the problem over the phone! Sure enough, it was a tripped switch! I am a grad student and do not have a regular income right now, so, needless to say, I was thrilled with the outcome. I have an electrical project down the road and he will be the one I call.
