Description of Work: Tim Walsh is the kind of problem solvers you hope someone will refer you to. Over six years we have hired his outfit for multiple projects to upgrade our modest condominium purchased here in La Jolla in 2005. Mr. Walsh and his associates have done the following upgrades and improvements to date: Removed and replaced our drafty aluminum windows and aluminum balcony "slider" with modern quality double-pane "Argon" filled vinyl windows providing great energy saving. They constructed a swinging wooden gate to keep our dog safe that neatly conforms with the existing deckwork and design theme required by our HOA group - (a perfect match I might add). Another project was a cool fold-away "Mexican grill taco table" on our balcony. It supports our hibachi and it is fashioned in a wonderful traditional Mexican tile design. The table folds away flat when not in use. Brilliant! A year ago we decided to redo all the lighting in the apartment-- a small studio where available floor space is limited. Walsh Construction's solution was to install system of recessed, dim-able modern "can lights", providing a soft, upscale modern look It is wonderful as it eliminated the need for table lamps, floor lamps and wall sconces that take up available floor and wall space. Most exciting of all is the full bathroom remodel we just completed this year. It is a work of art. They came up with a number concepts and suggestion ---- we were amazed by the number of options provided to help us create our ideal bathroom. In the end there is no way to describe how much this bathroom exceeds our expectations --- it is truly a showpiece and I hope to include some images to share it wish anyone thinking of modernizing their bathroom.
