Dealt with a rat infestation in an outdoor storage room. Jonathan, the technician, inspected the problem within 3 hours of my initial call and provided me with a plan of action and a reasonable quote. It took 3 visits to rid the storage room of rats before Jonathan removed all the contents from the room, cleaned and disinfected it. Per my instruction, he disposed of much of the contents within the room. Jonathan was competent, punctual, very pleasant and most importantly, did a great job. Thank you Sun Coast Pest Management.

We had a real bad gopher issue. They called me after I put my information into Home Advisor. They called immediately and I thought the price was reasonable. Sean came out and no more gophers. I like the fact that they allow 1 follow up for free and then every time after, if we continue to see any gophers they come out and it's only a small service fee.
