Ron Rice Painting & Consulting (R.R.P.C.)

Ran and his crew painted our newly remodeled home over 16 years ago and it was time... Ron's quote was fair...He was not the lowest...He was not the highest...so my trust in him to go a great job was my concern. The crew was done cleaning, prepping and finished in less than a week and his crew was here every day before 8 am. Job site was clean and an inspection of the exterior revealed no runs or missed applications., We had some stucco damage and they took care of that and painted that entire side of the house...We are doing a small addition and I will be calling on him again to do that work.

This is the second time we have had Ron Rice Painting & Consulting paint the exterior of our home and re- stain our deck. In this most recent job, Ron worked closely with us to find a new color that would complement our house. He was patient and thoughtful during this process. Once the color decision and date were determined, Ron deployed a competent crew to prep, paint and stain. All his painters are considerate, thorough and detailed in their work. Ron Rice stands by his work and ensures his customer is thoroughly satisfied and happy with the job. I would not hesitate in recommending RRP&C to any individual or business for quality painting.

We are very happy with our experience with Ron Rice Painting and Consulting. Our exterior stairs needed to be painted. Ron took the time to listen to what we wanted. He considered if what we wanted would work with the style and color of our home and used his years of professional experience to steer us toward a color. He painted three samples of the color family which we mulled on for a week or so before we selected the one that ended up on our exterior stairs. While we were considering paint, Ron advised us to use stain instead of paint to avoid wood rot in the future. The painter arrived on time and did a terrific job. He painted the railing leading up to the stairs for a cohesive look. The painter also took care of a few miscellaneous posts that needed to be painted. Ron suggested a fantastic color for our security screen that complimented the exterior stairs as well as the overall look of our home. In fact, we liked it so much that we painted three other doors the same color. We are very pleased with our overall experience. From color selection to putting up the finished product, Ron Rice Painting and Consulting did an amazing job.

Ron Rice is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with, in the construction, property renovation industry. He is down to earth, anxious to accommodate the customer, and very polite! Really does go out of the way, to make the customer happy. These welcome traits are not that common, in the property rehab world. I would definitely use his services again.

From drab to fab! I had just bought a house and couldn't believe the condition the paint was in. Not only did this company do a fantastic job, but they helped me find the right paint for my weather conditions. The house looks brand new! And I even got a discount on the interior painting.
