+ -1 moreI am more than satisfied with my new roof. If I could give Raindance Roof Company an A++ rating, I would. The cost start to finish was $12,320 for removing one layer of old shingles + haulaway, applying two layers of new felt underlayment,, applying metal drip edge & galvanized flashing, installing environmentally friendly Malarkey Nex shingles & 7 O'Hagen attic roof vents, as well as installing new polycarbonate panels, which I supplied, to cover an unusual skylight in my sunroom which presented some unique problems. Todd Landress and his crew are highly professional. The workers showed up as scheduled on time. Todd was great about keeping me informed about how the job was progressing and came onsite at least once daily to make sure everything was going smoothly. If you want a roofing company that is professional, trustworthy, and honest, and charges a fair price for good workmanship, I highly recommend Raindance Roof Company!

Description of Work: The roof was stripped to skip sheeting, then the roof was sheeted with insulating 4'x8' sheets. The roof was roofed with carriage house composite shingles, with copper drip edge. The roof is a very steep pitched Victorian and is very challenging. Several other roofing contractors turned down the job. Todd Landress is the proprietor, and he and his entire crew are absolute professionals. Excellent communication, on time, on schedule, friendly workers that clean the work area daily. I recommend them and I would use them again. I gave them a B on price, but they were worth it.

+ -1 moreTODD LANDRESS OWNS AND RUNS THE COMPANY AND HE IS THE PERSON WHO DID THE INITIAL ESTIMATE AND HE WAS ON THE WORK SITE BRIEFLY EVERY DAY AS WELL AS IN TOUCH BY PHONE. HIS CREW DID THE WORK WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE LOADING OF THE NEW TILE ONTO THE ROOF, WHICH WAS DONE BY A "SUB". MR. LANDRESS AND HIS CREW ARE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND TIMELY. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP EVERY DAY. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH CONTRACTORS AND I WAS EXTREMELY FAVORABLY IMPRESSED. ALSO, THE PRICING WAS REASONABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: TOOK OFF OLD SPANISH STYLE TILE ROOF AND REPLACED IT WITH A CEMENT TILE ROOF ON A SINGLE STORY 2300 SQUARE FOOT HOME WITH A TRIPLE GARAGE. REPLACED SHEATHING AND LINEAR WOOD AS NEEDED AND PUT DOWN TWO LAYERS OF FELT. THE JOB TOOK 5 1/2 DAYS PLUS ONE DAY FOR "LOADING".

+ -1 moreRAINDANCE DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB ON MY ROOF, FROM REMOVING THE OLD ROOFING MATERIAL, TO CUTTING HOLES IN THE ROOF GABLES TO INSTALL ATTIC FANS. THEY ALSO WATERPROOFED MY PATIO, WHICH TURNED OUT VERY DRY THIS WINTER.
Description of Work: RAINDANCE PROVIDED A COMPLETE RE-ROOF FOR OUR HOUSE. REMOVED ALL OLD CEDAR SCHINGLES, INSTALLED NEW SHEETING AND NEW ROOFING MATERIAL. ALSO REPLACED ROOFING ON PATIO.

+ -1 moreTHE JOB WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND PROMPTLY. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, DID THE JOB, CLEANED UP VERY WELL AND WERE DONE. HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOF AT ALL. EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
Description of Work: REMOVED THE FLAT ROOFING DOWN TO THE SHEATHING, HAULED AWAY THE DEBRIS. APPLIED ONE LAYER OF #28LB BASESHEET MECHANICALLY FASTENED TO ROOF DECK. INSTALLED A 12' STARTER STRIP OF MEMBRANE AT PERIMETER OF ROOF. INSTALLED NEW 2' X 4' BONDED METAL DRIP EDGE AT ROOF'S PERIMETER. INSTALLED ONE LAYER OF APP GRANULAR SURFACE MODIFIED BITUMEN CAPSHEET ROTCH APPLIED. INSTALLED NEW SHINGLES AT TIE-IN AREA.
