I spent about $1000 on the job. They came out and they took a look at the crack in the concrete. They called them in and they diagnosed the problem. They gave me a solution. They patched the foundation and made it sturdy. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Precision Foundation for concrete foundation repair, nine months ago.

I have used their services a couple times. I like this company because the guy is really honest and did not try to make things up to get more money. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and has fair prices.
Description of Work: They replaced several piers and posts under the house. They also filled in some minor cracks in the foundation.

I could not have been happier with my experience with Precision Foundation. Work was done within allotted time frame, crew was very respectful of my property, engineer was pleased and able to provide sign-off and clean up was amazing. There was a pipe embedded in the concrete that burst and Joe hired a plumber to fix it (at no charge to us). Cracks to be epoxy injected had extra reinforcing above engineer's repair plan. There were a couple of areas that needed to be fixed after job was finished (concrete ground down and a missed crack) and they were addressed within one day of calling. I spoke with every foundation contractor in San Diego due to the size and extent of my job and I definitely found the right one!
Description of Work: I had a cracked foundation all along the perimeter of my house from the builder, using too much calcium chloride. The engineer's repair plan called for chipping out all the concrete (about 6 inches down and in) on the outside walls, removing corroded rebar, placing new anchor bolts, epoxy coating and pouring new concrete. There were also a few cracks in the slab to be epoxy injected.
