I think he was pretty efficient. He was on time and we didn?t have to wait around.
Description of Work: He did a whole bathroom re-plumbing including redoing the pipes for the toilet, bathtub and sink.

Mike came to the house with my contractor in charge of my remodel and began suggesting best routes and refits for my plumbing needs. No matter the difficulties, he had a creative and helpful solution. When the day came to do the refit, he arrived at the crack of dawn and worked well past dark to restore hot water and gas to our house. He worked solidly for nearly 11 hours installing the waterheater and running most of the piping. He then swept and cleaned his work area like any other day! He came back the next day early and finished the installation after making an unsolicited trip to the supply warehouse to pick up a few items I requested at the end of that long day (a remote for my waterheater and a thermostat for my wallheater which he had noticed was not functioning). This fellow is not only a real craftsman, but a good person. He is not daunted by difficulties, they merely give him a chance to troubleshoot, and he is not given to coming up with needlessly expensive solutions. He even took the initiative to throw in a few fixes (at cost) to other minor issues around my house as if it were his own. What more could you ask from a craftsman?
Description of Work: I had gas and plumbing rerouted through my garage before a garage remodel. The pipes had to be sectioned and placed inside the walls, new plumbing and gas lines had to be run to eliminate an old water heater and install a new exterior mounted tankless model, and a number of overhead beams had to be drilled and pipes fished through to facilitate a clean structure for drywalling.
