 + -1 moreJerry brought back Windows 7, and everything works again. I dropped the laptop off at his house, and it was back to operable condition in less than three days. Even though his fix of the second computer didn't last, I don't fault Jerry for the problem, because the computer was working fine when he returned it. Obviously, it needs more troubleshooting, but I have every confidence in Jerry's work. He was extremely reasonable about the cost of the work, too. Specializes in Dell products.
Description of Work: I needed to restore Windows 7 on my Dell laptop after a disastrous self-attempt to upgrade to Windows 10. After that success, I brought him my 7-year-old desktop Dell, which has been performing poorly for a number of years -- stalling, freezing up, refusing to start, refusing to shut down. In one day, he fixed some bad sectors on my hard drive and had it back to running condition in one day. Unfortunately, after a successful day restoring programs to this computer, I started getting some of the old problems again. It appears that there's a flaw in the graphics card software that is causing files to be hidden, according to the Microsoft support site. I'm trying to learn about this on the Microsoft site, but if I can't resolve it, I will not hesitate to return it to Jerry to see if he can take another crack at it.

He was extremely professional and I enjoyed our conversation. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend to Jerry and will likely drop off my desktop to have him go through it also.

He organized all of the wires behind my desk and made sure my wireless connection and everything else was working before he left. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He offered to wipe the drive clean on my old computer and donate it to a local school. I was very pleased with the service I received and his cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call Jerry again for any future computer service needs.

I had struggled with a computer virus problem for over a month and even spent quite a bit for remote access service through another company that ultimately didn't do the job. No such problems with Jerry though. I dropped my laptop off on a Saturday afternoon and it was ready that evening. The computer is running like new thanks to the work provided by the Little Red Tool Box. About 3 hours later he called and I picked up the computer...........all fixed. He also reccomended that I cancel the credit card that was involved in the transaction, which I did.
