Description of Work: Stucco patching. They did a GREAT job matching the color! Crew was very nice and stayed an extra half hour to help me.

Description of Work: He is excellent! He painted the exterior of a 2 story house. It only took him two days and he did a great job patching. We are very pleased with him.

Description of Work: I intend to call Henry's for an estimate on exterior house painting. I have used this company twice before and both experiences could not have been better. He provides quality work and is very nice and also professional.

Description of Work: Henry's crew fixed the cracks in the stucco, repainted the stucco and all of the trim on a 2 story house and on the carport and painted the security doors. There were 4 different colors used in the project. All was completed in the time frame that was quoted. Will use them again in the future for interior painting.

Description of Work: Henry is very professional and thorough. His crew are also very helpful and efficient. They did a great job with the interior painting of our house. They even helped us select the paint by painting large sections of the wall.. this way we could see the actual color as it is painted, not a small paper cutout. |Would definitely highly recommend!

Description of Work: There were one or two quality issues that arose with workmanship and Henry took care of them to my satisfaction when they were pointed out to him. Henry was genuinely concerned about my complaints and took corrective action.

The entire process from our initial contact for an estimate to the completion of the job including their follow-up was excellent. They are professionals that perform quality work. We are very pleased with the work completed.

Description of Work: Henry and crew are fabulous! First, Henry saw to it that the paint colors we chose were exactly duplicated by Dunn Edwards where he buys his paints. Yaaay! Our contacts with Annie at Henry's office were joyful and questions were answered well. The week prior to the house being painted, the house was power-washed. The gentleman who did that was an expert in his field and so nice. The paint crew (3) prepped the areas so everything was protected nicely; they were very courteous and professional in every way - and finished in 2 days! We love our "new" house. One small area needed a touch-up, and Henry took care of that immediately. We highly recommend Henry's Professional Painting!

Description of Work: Henry's is GREAT! Very good experience all the way around! From the first phone call to the yummy thank you brownies! Their customer service is wonderful! Very responsive, friendly and professional. The painters were respectful and did a very good job. In fact, they painted during a heat wave and Santa Ana winds, fires in the area, etc. They worked hard and finished on time in the worst conditions. The office called a few days later to check and make sure we were happy. Then a few weeks later, we got a package in the mail, that had a beautiful card and some yummy brownies as a thank you from them for our patronage! Very nice touch! Would highly recommend!

Description of Work: Provider not selected because they were booked three months and I needed the job down right away. They recommended another painter, Truline painting, who I interviewed and hired to paint the interior and exterior of my home. Henri's was very helpful in providing the alternate recommendation and I will use Henri's when I am not in a time crunch.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate. My call was returned at a time that was not convenient and I was told they would call back in a "couple of hours". They did not call back until four days later. By this time I had hired someone else. This was very unprofessional.
