Henry's Professional Painting

They did a really good job. We will use them again for outside painting of our home. Henry and his workers were very nice and professional.

They did such a beautiful job. Everything was done precisely. Even his wife who takes all the phone calls is so polite and nice.

A formal proposal/estimate was prepared after a site visit by Henry. I called a couple of weeks later and accepted the proposal and a time was scheduled. The color on the metal was determined early on as I had the name of the color I wanted to match the rest of the trim. The color on the gazebo was decided after Henry showed me some colors that would look best. The crew showed up on time and proceded to prepare all the areas to be painted as well as masking off the adjoining areas. I did not find any overspray or one drop of paint on the decks or concrete flatwork. They went the extra step of putting tarps over everything that might catch some paint. Much appreciated that effort. In the 200 feet of railing there were a couple of spots that were missed, but when pointed out were taken care of within 2 hours of my call. That is service of the first order.

This company did a very nice job. They also gave great advice with color suggestions. They also did a little bit of repair of a built in bookcase and made it look really great.

Henry's team did an excellent job. He was very responsive from the first call I made to get the estimate all the way through the process. Two painters handled the job and they were punctual, helpful, and professional (moving furniture, cleaning up, etc.). The job was done in the amount of time they estimated. In fact, they managed to complete a little early as I had a flight to catch so they shifted their schedule and came earlier to make sure they were done in plenty of time for me to leave. The rooms like beautiful. I am very happy and would have them do work again.

In the beginning there was a little confusion as they had some kinks in their system when responding to the referrals send through Angies List. At one point I thought they didn't want my business. I was persistent as there were so many great reviews. When I finally got a hold of them in person everything went smoothly. My home was painted by Pardee homes 15 years ago. The paint was Ameritone which was sold to ICI which was sold to someone else...The paint I tried to match myself wasn't quite right. Henry came out and evaluated this. He took lots of time and carefully matched what he thought the original color was with a color that exists today by Dunn Edwards. They had Eric and his wife come out and do the job in one day. Eric and his wife were friendly, punctual and did an amazing job. Everyone who sees their work wants to hire them. The color is perfect. We will be asking Henry's to do the rest of the house after we get our backyard in better shape! I now understand why the referrals for Henry's are so stellar. THANKS!

Quote was done on time. Quote was lower than I expected.All the work was done on time. The painters were professionals. They covered and taped the main house, patio, etc so no paint went anywhere but the patio cover.When it rained on Friday and they could not work they worked Saturday which was part of Memorial Day weekend. They thoroughly cleaned up when finished.I have had various painters over the last 40 years. This was the best job I have ever had. I will be calling Henry when I need additional painting done. I am already recommending Henry's Painting to all my friends and neighbors. Why go anywhere else when you have the best??

I had removed a patio enclosure, which exposed a section of exterior wall on my house that hadn't been painted in years. Henry was able to match the paint color. The power washer, Bill, was very thorough. Javier replaced the trim on the newly exposed wall, and painted that wall and some others. They also touched up some areas that had chips, including some areas that were difficult to reach behind shrubbery. They showed great attention to detail. I will definitely call them for my next painting job.

Henry and his staff did a great job. They were able to match the previous paint color exactly. Even though it was just a touch up, they were able to blend it in perfectly and the whole house looked as good as new. Their customer service was excellent and easy.

I found them through Angie’s List. They were very professional and very prompt. They cleaned up. When I came home and told them about a spot and about an area that needs a little more fill, they were good and did that without question. I actually had a few covers of paint, and they didn’t say that they won’t do that. They were real good about that. My neighbors like them too, and everybody in my neighborhood kind of checks out what is going on. My next door neighbor said nice things about them.

I got him off Angie's List, he was good, wanted to please, was very cooperative, prompt, and I would recommend him. He did good work, was good to deal with, and did everything I asked.

This is the second time we have used them. As before, they came, they painted , they left nothing dehind but a great paint job.

I have used Henry's before and I am always happy with their services. Henry always does the estimates and he comes soon after your call, exactly on time. He has good ideas about paint types and colors and is willing to do any job big or small. His employees who do the painting have been well trained by him to be meticulous, unobtrusive, and very thorough in their cleanup. I was very happy with the bathroom painting and ecstatic about the window frames which Henry transformed. They were very good. It was a good experience. We had a few issues with their quality. There were some splatters around. Outside it was fine but the painter inside didn't do as good of a job. We pointed out what we saw while they were there but they were in a hurry. They cleaned up what we saw but there were some things that we noticed after they left. We took care of it. The owner was very professional but the workers were okay.

Henry and his team are totally professional. ?From the first call to his office to the final touch up at the completion. Henry aims to please his customer in every way. HIs employees were always punctual, polite, hard working and take the same care in painting each home ?as if it were their own. Henry's servces include color consultation which was key for us because we did not have a clue about selecting house color and coordinating ?trim. But Henry was very patient in showing us several options. visiting homes that we liked to see the color and ordering samples and painting on large boards for us. Most paint contractors do not offer this service. I am sure glad we hired Henry! Being a former defense subcontractor analyst. I like everything in writing so there is a clear understanding of the scope ?of work. ?Henry stood behind every detail he verbally promised by putting it clearly in the contract.?Wendy in the office was very thorough in explaining Henry's paint philosophy and communicating with us. In summary our home was totally transformed from obscure to the jewel of the neighborhood. ? Working ?with Henrys Painting Comany was best home improvement experience we have ever had. Henry and his team are great people to work with. They were quick, reliable, and did an excellent job on painting the exterior stucco, doors, and windows. As stated above the project went extremely well. The crew was very punctual and worked diligently. The quality and professionalism was great. We highly recommend Henry's Professional Painting.

I spent about $12,000 on that service. I will rate them A all the way down the list. They just are not only very responsive, but they get in and do the job and do a good job and they clean up. I was actually referred to them by my son who had his house painted. They were very responsive and they did a good job and they did a good job for me.

Promptly came to give estimate. Answered all questions and few days later e-mailed estimate and detail of work contracted for. Painters showed up on time on day agreed upon and finished job in timely fashion with no delays. Friendly, courteous and diligent workers. Protected grass, shrubberies and inside of house from paint. Cleaned up after job completed so that they left no trace that they were at the house.

He provides really prompt service. He is friendly. The price is good. I had him for interior service. He did some touching up for me and actually used some paints that I already had, so he saved me some money. He matched up the paint even without a sample in some of the rooms that I wanted the same color and quickly. I would just highly recommend him.

Henry's Professional Painting painted our 2 thousand square foot house in Rancho Penasquitos about 2 months ago and we were thrilled! We purchased this home as a short sale about 2 years ago. Besides all of the interior remodeling we had to do, it was badly in need of an exterior paint job. It was faded to a sad shade of grey and needed repair of some of the stucco and wood. After talking to Wendy, his delightful and efficient wife and business partner, Henry came out to give us an estimate. He was on time, thorough and friendly. He emailed us a very reasonable estimate (with the extra work broken out), the very next day. He left us with a long list of references. I called about 8 of them and every one of them were beyond glowing. After we got our color choices fairly narrowed down, Henry came back out and helped me get the main and trim colors finalized. We also wanted to have "something" done with our deck and patio cover, which were perfectly structurally sound but also horribly faded. I tried to explain to Henry that I wanted something that would last longer than a stain though wouldn't look "painted" but more like real wood. Henry and I literally crawled around on our family room floor (which is hardwood), comparing different shades and deciding what would look best and then he mixed up his own "more than a stain, not quite paint" color for us. He must have spent an hour and a half patiently helping me find just the right colors for everything.He told us the job would start the next day, with power washing, that the whole job would be finished in 4 days, that his crew would show up and leave at appointed times, do agreed upon repairs and that it would cost a certain price. Much to our amazement-it all happened exactly as he said it would. His crew was on time, professional, friendly and respectful and Henry came for at least a couple of hours every day to assist and check their progress. At the end, I and the crew and Wendy did a final walk around to check for any missed spots or paint drips etc. Happily there were only a few minor smudges that needed to be cleaned off and they were addressed immediately, by Wendy, no less. Every time I walk out of our house now, I have to turn back and look at it, just because it makes me smile.
