Henry's Professional Painting

Everything from the phone call to schedule a quote to the finished job was great.  They provided the paint to the colors we wanted, they power washed, sanded out old stucco cracks and smoothed new stucco to blend and did a nice job.  Attention to detail was met to our satisfaction and I would recommend this company to everyone looking for a great, fast, efficient paint job.

?Hire Henry!? is what a friend said when we told him that we needed a lot of painting done. He was so right!  You will never find a better contractor to work with, and his crew is truly excellent.  The now finished paint job is just superb. Henry took the time to listen to what we wanted, and also to look into the correct application of a fire resistant paint undercoat that needed to be put on thickly, and also when the weather conditions were just right.  This fire resistant intumescent paint was something we wanted used because we live in an extremely wild fire prone area.  It's durability cannot be guaranteed for any specific length of time when used anywhere on exteriors exposed to weather, and it is recommended to be put only on the roof sheeting well up under the eaves. It also then needs to be well top coated.  Because of our situation we were willing to take all durability risk, and Henry was willing to do the work. We paid directly for the fire resistant paint so it's cost is not included in the bid price.
Henry matched all our existing colors perfectly. And his excellent crew filled cracks, sanded, and applied all the various paints  beautifully. They carefully covered all areas that were not  being painted with either plastic or canvas tarps so there wasn?t
 paint in places it didn?t belong, and they were careful not to damage the plants around the buildings. His price was very fair for so much work.  He even gave many areas two coats of paint when only one had been in the bid. When a couple of doors mistakenly got varnished with gloss varnish, rather than semi-gloss, he promptly sent his crew leader to re-varnish them. Now we have an even more durable finish on them!  Annie, who handles phone calls, was so friendly and communicated well, and the ?Thank You? brownies were a nice surprise.

I have owned numerous homes over the years and have used several painters. However, I have never had a more positive experience than the one I recently had with Henry and his team. The work was fabulous. I had tHenry patch stucco on my home and then match the paint and clean, patch and paint a 300 foot retaining wall and the result was perfect. I will definitely use Henry again and refer him to everyone.

I interviewed several Angie's List contractors for this job. While they all were professional there was something about how the work would be done, as Henry explained it, that gave him the edge. It was important for me to meet him face-to-face, even though I did handle many details over the phone with his very nice office gals. He presented a nice portfolio of his companies past work, reasonable bid for the job, and philosophy. The crew arrived on time and spent several hours meticulously preparing for the re-staining, taking particular attention to protecting neighbors property on east and west sides, as well as our own landscape, from stain over- spray or splatters. They took extra care to remove gate hardware and replace it after painting. They cleaned up after themselves, not leaving a drop of paint anywhere. Awesome may be an overused word, but it certainly applies to this crew and reflects well on how professionally the company is run....and how nice to receive a Thank-You For Your Business card and treats recently. You'll have no regrets if you hire Henry's Professional Painting.

r Henry and his helper did an excellent job painting my fencing around my front and backyard.  The color I wanted was matched perfectly by Henry. He also went the extra mile and painted some fencing in a tight corner that I told him not to worry about. Very impressed! I will use Henrys Professional Painting for all my future painting projects!

Henry's Professional Painting did an excellent job. They are very professional. They arrived and finish on time. The price was just right. Henry was very helpful in selecting the paint color. It was a pleasure working with him, not a high pressure sale man.

We had one unexpected problem. The power wash left the windows and screens filthy. They had been installed 2 months earlier and were very clean. The power wash man told us " power wash is just the first step in making a mess and the company cleans up all of the mess." It was not included and Henry recommended a window cleaner for $95. The power wash also left the patio cover splashed with dirt. It took me close to 2 hours to clean it all off. Also, the power wash man offered to power wash an area of "black mold" on the sidewalk .... for a tip. That was a bit disconcerting. Henry and Annie did apologize for his unprofessional manner. My husband had a process improvement suggestion. Henry should consider putting the window cleaning in with his quote. His bid was reasonable and the $95 would not have been a problem. Otherwise it was a good value for the price. Annie was helpful in bringing by paint samples more than once. The house and trim look amazing and we've had many compliments. We would refer our friends and family to Henry's Painting.

Everything went perfectly! Henry advised me he and his staff were booked out for a few weeks at the outset. His office staff is very organized and communicated changes in his schedule politely and clearly. His painting staff are were all very efficient, punctual, hard-working, polite and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. Our job lasted about 2 1/2 days in all and our home looks fabulous! Henry did not require a down payment or interval payments, just a check when everything was complete.

Henry's came to us by way of referral, thank goodness!  Received three other bids so Henry's was the fourth.   Henry's bid was the best among them and Henry even pointed out a way for us to SAVE money on our job!!  Completely  accommodating, helpful, went above and beyond. No request was too much.  Painters were terrific, showed up every day on time, very clean and did an excellent job!  About one week after our job was over, gourmet brownies were delivered to our door with a thank you card.  Who else does that in this day and age????  First class operation. I have already referred Henry's and will continue to do so.  I will use Henry's Professional Painting exclusively as long as they remain in business. 

We've lived in our home for  41 years and have had it painted 4 times. This is the first time we would recommend the painters. They did a fantastic job. Arrived on time , worked hard, and did a beautiful job. They did walls, ceilings, doors, cabinets, stair risers and spindles.  Henry answered all our questions before we started. He provided us with color samples and matched existing colors exactly.  Annie, an interior designer who works with Henry, helped us select some new colors for some of our rooms. The wonderful painting crew moved heavy furniture and put it back exactly where it had been and did a superb clean up job every day. We couldn't be happier with the results.

My experience overall went excellently. He was very friendly and professional. The pricing was very reasonable. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.

It went very well. The guy who actually did the work was Eduardo Acosta and he called the day before. He wanted to reschedule if it was convenient and I said that was fine. He showed up within 5 minutes of the agreed on time so he was punctual. He did a very good job.

From the beginning, Henry was very professional, easy to talk to, friendly, and cooperative.  I was apprised of all the details by Annie who I would speak to to confirm the status of the job when I called the office, or when she called me.
Henry's team of workers were excellent, headed by Javier.  They did a wonderful job and Henry would come out each day of the 4 days of the job to make sure all went well.  He personally restained and then varnished my front door and added special features to the paint job.  He is conscientious and takes pride in his work.
Everything was cleaned up and outside furniture replaced to my satisfaction.
I would definitely use this fine company again and recommend them to others.

Henry, the owner, came to our house and gave us the quote.    He was knowledgeable and the price was right.
He came to our house all four days to check on the work being done.     He was personable, professional and so was his crew.
The first day, a guy came and pressure washed the stucco,  wood trim and fence.   This exposed some termite damaged wood trim boards.   They later repaired and replaced these boards.
The second day they patched the stucco, wood trim boards and replaced fence boards.  They took great care to cover our new windows and sliding doors with clear plastic sheeting and painters tape. 
The third and fourth day they painted the house and trim.
The fifth day they painted the fence.
I was home every day during the painting.   The plastic sheeting on the windows gave me daylight and privacy.  Javier and the crew  were quiet, punctual and did quality work.
The house looks like new!   I will definitely hire them to paint the inside of my house.

He had two guys with him that were very efficient and they used top quality materials. We paid a fair price and they cleaned up so well after themselves that you wouldn't have known that they were here.

Henry met with me and a told him what I wanted done .  He examined the house and the other concerns around the property .
He then offered me two options . I selected one of them and then had a price . I had two previous bids that didn't include half
 the work and was MUCH more expensive .   A couple thousand dollars less .  ! !   And one wanted money up front !
 Henry asked payment after work is satis-factually completed .
 His crew arrived on time ,were pleasant to me at all times and worked with great efficiency .
 At the end of the day they left my yard neat and clean  !
 I would recommend them highly and would use them again. 
 
 I dreaded the idea of all the work I needed done  but it was a very positive and great experience .  My house and all the surrounding

The whole crew, power washing guy and painters, were great.  They were friendly, professional, courteous and went about their work very efficiently.  They were meticulous in making sure that the windows, plants and patio furniture were covered/'moved to be protected from any overspray or spattering.  The cleaned up the whole area and you'd never know they were here.  They left the residual paint for our future use.  His price was very reasonable and the whole experience was great.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henry's Professional Painting.

Henry was the 3rd quote that I had got. One company wanted $2,600 another wanted $1,300. Henry was $1,800. The real reason I chose Henry wasn't because of price but was because of his overall business ethic. Henry came out very quick to get me an estimate and every time I emailed them they would usually get back to me within a few hours. The whole experience  went very well and I would definitely use Henry again. Henrys team came out and finished in one day. I needed my two story house eaves and fascia boards painted. It would have taken me probably 2 weeks to do what they did in just one day. Thanks again Henry.

Everything was great.  Annie was very helpful on the phone.  I  tried to explain the job I had and she suggested I just email a couple of pictures to her.  After taking a look, she called back and said it should be no problem to do in a day.  The painter came out at 7 am to meet me before I had to go to work.  I showed him what I wanted painting and he suggested not painting the roof of the porch since it didn't need it and it would save some money.  I was worried about color matching but he said he could match the existing paint no problem.  I got home at the end of the day and everything was painted and he matched the old color perfectly.

They are amazing. We referred them to bunch of people and everybody is very happy with them. They had an appropriate size team and staff but it wasn't overwhelming and they got it done within three days and Henry, the owner, was onsite and doing it too. They are very professional, efficient and did an excellent job. Their price was fair.

Excellent.  Very good attention to detail, punctual, neat, excellent painters, phenomenal at helping with color selection that you like and will also make your house look good.  Uses top of the line paints which is worth the money over time.  Henry and his wife Wendy were excellent to deal with and were flexible when they could be.  I will use Henry again and have recommended him to others.  Old fashioned, trustworthy professionals!
