Description of Work: Henry was awesome. I asked if he could do a rush job for a patch around the electrical panel and he did it with out issue. The work was done perfectly and matched the original texture.

Description of Work: Henry was very professional and has a good eye for what you are trying to achieve. He knows his colors and how they will look on your walls and how well they will go together with you color scheme. His workers were great and worked without interuption. They were on time each day, (very refreshing) and cleaned up after themselves. It's to bad not everyone has the work ethics as Henry and his work crew. Thanks guys !! His "girl friday", Wendy, was also very friendly and a big help. She called up a few paint stores near me and set it up for me to go by and pick up some paint samples...that was great ! Thanks Wendy. Description of Work: He did the painted the outside of our house and patio cover.

Description of Work: Our house badly needed patching and painting. It is not just a plain house with a regular roof. It has an atrium in the middle of the house that is quite high and open to the sky. A couple of the painters had to be lowered from the roof, and others used a tall ladder to do the lower half. It was not easy work. Swallows had built nests in the upper regions, and these had to be removed. (There were no birds in the nests - they had been gone for a couple of months.) The roof is several levels. Henry pointed out things that needed patching from wear, and we knew there were several areas that would require scraping. Preparation was a major part of this painting job. We also asked him to prepare and paint two patio roofs on different sides of the house. We knew it was a major job, and everything was to be primed before painting. There were also metal railings on a staircase that goes from the house down the hill to street level, and the metal had rusted and paint was falling off them. He included this in our estimate, which we felt was very fair. Only the highest quality paint was used. We wanted the house to be approximately the same color as before, and Henry matched it beautifully. He has an eye for colors and how they will blend together. The power washer was to arrive on Saturday, and he was here at exactly the time we were told. He did an excellent job. The following Monday, Henry & his crew were here at 8 AM, all of them courteous, and all were the hardest workers I've ever seen. They followed the procedures we'd discussed to the letter. During the following 3 days we were tremendously well impressed by the standards of excellence they showed. Somehow they patched, made small repairs, primed, and painted this large house, two patio roof areas, gates on either side of the house, the large atrium, a retaining wall along one side of the house, and stairway railings, in 4 days, with a minimum of disturbance to us. This is a beautifully well organized company, all employees working together, knowing exactly what to do, producing the most excellent outcome. Henry tells you what he's going to do, and he follows through with the plan perfectly. He finished a day sooner than we thought he was going to. Our house looks beautiful! My husband, who has always been quite cautious about finding the right person for such an undertaking, says this is the best painting job he's ever seen! This company is absolutely reliable, and staffed with high quality people. We plan to let our friends and acquaintances know where to find perfection!

Description of Work: From the moment contact was made with Henry and his office staff, it has been a positively, wonderful experience. Henry came out to our house to evaluate for a bid estimate. He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. Wendy, the Office Manager has been very helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions, and we appreciate her follow-up and attention to detail. Kiri, the Office Assistant has been very responsive in relaying information and responding to our e-mails. When we met with Henry, he gave us an "Introduction to Henry's Professional Painting" packet that provided his business information, goals and a very detailed explanation of what is involved in doing most paint jobs. The packet also contained "Excerpts from reports on Henry's Professional Painting on Angie's List" and a very extensive Reference List with more than 200 satisfied customers. Wow, this information is extremely helpful and it is amazing that Henry, Wendy and his staff took the time to prepare this information and provide to potential customers. Currently, we are in contract with Henry's Professional Painting to paint the entire exterior of our home. We look forward to Henry and his paint crew starting our exterior paint job at the end of this month.
