Green Frog House Cleaning

Very well done! All green products. 2 bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms. Living room, dining room, sitting room, kitchen. Veronica and Alex were courteous, thorough, and did a great job. The company provides a list and that was helpful. I requested a small addin and that was done as well.

The appointment went very well; I am very happy with the results.

I contacted Green Frog on a Wednesday. They responded quickly. On Friday 2 people were a my house to clean. I have a big house! They did a walk through with me to assess my needs. They were personable and nice. Then they began to work after unloading all of their equipment. They worked extremely hard and efficiently. My house shines! I gave them each a very well deserved tip. I would highly recommend them.

They offered to come for two hours every other week for $135 per visit. I knew that that was not enough cleaning time, but I tried it. It was a failure!

They were prompt, easy to schedule, and thorough.

They do a very good job, they're professional, polite, and provide a good quality service.

Very well, Mona is always very polite, hardworking, and has a good attention to detail. She puts a lot of effort into making sure an entire 2 bedroom apartment is cleaned top-to-bottom, and we look forward to having her (and the other cleaners if she's not available, like Jessica) around as long as she's working!

Green Frog was great. They were on time, friendly, professional, and the cleaning was excellent...for a great price. Highly recommend them.

Just had Marylou and Alex over today to do the cleaning. Marylou's vacuum wasn't working well and she said she'd be by tomorrow to do the vacuuming again. I walked into the house and it was soooo clean. Told her there was no need for her to do that again, I was happy as a clam. But that's how professional Marylou is. I couldn't be happy with the service.

Was absolutely wonderful! The employees were incredibly helpful through the entire process. I would gladly use them again or recommend them.

Green Frog is professional, responsive, and very thorough in their cleaning. They have good prices, and it is great being able to spend more time with family knowing my house is being cleaned and taken care of. I've recommended them to several friends in the area.

I had Rosie and Jennifer over today and my house is clean as a whistle. Don't need to micromanage these technicians, just let them do their stuff, they're very professional. I'm so happy I started using Green Frog and I highly recommend the company.

It worked perfectly. Their technicians (they call them technicians, which I think is a very good idea) did a wonderful job. They mostly just needed to ask me my primary concerns and they focused their efforts there. The person doing the walls and ceilings in the add-on room knew all about allergens, and how to remove as much as possible without detailed instruction from me. I was very pleased with the service. Now they will come weekly, I'll update when I've a report on that. But very pleased with the deluxe clean and the walls and ceilings add-on I got.

Our technician always arrives promptly on time and works non-stop for 2+ hours. We're very satisfied with the thorough job completed each month, particularly on our bathrooms and kitchen. Also, office staff is very attentive and provides great customer service, responding quickly to any questions or issues that may arise. Technicians we have interacted have all been very friendly and personable. Also love their green products used for cleaning. A great company and highly recommended!

Green Frog was responsive to my inquiry and provided an estimate over the phone. The two technicians arrived at our house on time and set to work. They did a great job and addressed all of the areas we asked them to focus on, including the floors, walls, woodwork, and cabinet doors. They even cleaned the insides of the windows. We were very pleased with the results.

I had a move out service with several cleaning ladies. Of special note are Viviana and Kaci who really worked especially hard during this very stressful time of getting our home ready for sale and did it all very personably! Their prices were reasonable, their products were safe for our pets, and they worked with me until our home was truly market ready (I'm sort of picky and our house was pretty dirty)! This crew did a wonderful job! I highly recommend!

I've been using Green Frog for a few months now and they are wonderful. They do a very good job of cleaning my house and the young ladies are very professional, very friendly, and ask questions if they are unsure about something. Always on time and they use green cleaning products. My house always smells like oranges when they're done. Nice. From time to time I've noticed something missed or could have been cleaned better and when I contact Mary they are always quick to fix it. Contact with GF is wonderful. They are quick to answer emails. They provide text messages and emails for calendar reminders. They are easy to work with if I need to change my appt. Overall, very pleased!

Madison and Morgan did a very good job. They were polite and professional. They arrived and asked if there were any instructions or areas they needed to focus on. They did everything we asked and took us around to make sure we were happy with the cleaning they did.

They called & again I told them @ the $1000.00 damage to my home. I had 6 women total clean my house. Only 1 of them had been trained. Lord help anyone who lives in a custom home & they hire them.

Had the initial appointment for a deep cleaning on 5/30/17. The 3 techs arrived dead on time and went to work. They brought their own tools and supplies, including the Bona cleaner I prefer for my hardwood floors. They picked up after themselves and left a very clean, fresh house. Due to my age and health I do not climb ladders and appreciated their willingness to "hit the high spots" I can no longer reach...like the top shelves of the 9 foot tall bookcase and the four ceiling fans. If there was a speck of dust left in the house it probably died of loneliness. I have already booked the next appointment. The office scheduler, Mary, called very promptly to follow up with me and confirm everything was done to my satisfaction. I am very pleased to work with such a professional company.
