Kayla especially impressed me because she’s willing to use my preferred products, she’s very gentle with my belongings, and dependable. Kayla is also very professional and pleasant, like their customer service. The company does an awesome job. In fact, my daughter will be using them this month to clean up after her remodel. I read the reviews on Yelp and Angie's List and was impressed. I contacted them and they were very helpful and planned a deep cleaning to be done (much needed) before I was to have guests stay with me for a week. My cleaning was to be Tuesday at 8am with guests arriving the next day. All was good until monday afternoon, less than 24 hours before cleaning should be starting...and they call and back out on me and say they can't be there. They asked me to pick another day and offered me $20 off (the price of my cleaning was supposed to be about $300)..so that's about a 6 or 7% discount. So this just sucks...I'm a single parent with a full time job and long work hours...I was so looking forward to a clean home tomorrow after work! Now i'll be up all night. Poor first impression.

The person that comes to my home on a regular basis is punctual,professional and friendly. As a disabled veteran, the help she provides are all things I'm unable to do. Thank you very much.

We originally hired Green Frog on the advice of our realtor to perform move-out / move-in cleaning. They were fantastic and we have been customers ever since. Megan visits every two weeks and leaves our home sparkling every time. We really appreciate the attention to small details. The kids' rooms are immaculate, beds expertly made, and kitchen glistens. Earlier this month, two additional technicians--Monica and Elizabeth--joined Megan to knock out the entire house in a couple of hours. This really helped us with our busy schedule and you just can't beat the feeling of walking into a clean home without having to worry about anything.

Anna was very efficient, thorough, and timely. I very much prefer her as our cleaner.

We have a 4/2, 2 story house and they always do a great job in cleaning my home. They are always on time, the ladies are friendly and professional, if they have questions they ask, and I love the orange smell in my home when they are finished. The only issue - and its very minor - is twice now they have cleaned/wiped down the inside of my oven and while that's nice, the orange cleaner they use is WAY too strong and permeates my house but not in a good way. Then when I go to turn on my oven again it still smells so strong it almost makes you a bit ill. Have had to open windows to air out my house so now I just tell the girls not to clean the inside of my oven. LOL. I have them come once a month to help me out with the deeper cleaning. I highly recommend them.

Mona and Yvette came to my parents house for the first time yesterday and had a huge job in front of them. The house was sparkling when they left and smelled wonderful. I will continue to use them from now on. My mother has Alzheimer’s and I need all the help I can get. House cleaning is something I won’t have to worry about any more.

Marylou came yesterday and did the work of two people. I can't say enough about how professional she is and how everything is so nice when she's done. She always seems to do one extra thing that I only notice when she leaves and I'm thinking to myself, "Thank you, Marylou."

I initially purchased a deluxe cleaning since I've been without a housekeeper for several months. Green Frog was able to send out two technicians the same week that I called for an appointment. Veronica and Alejandrina arrived on time and got right to work after I gave them a tour of the house. They did a great job cleaning, I felt like I was in a new house after they finished. I was happy that the technicians were okay with my two big dogs being in the house while they were cleaning. This was important to me when I was looking for a new cleaning service. I was so happy with Green Frog's cleaning that I purchased a cleaning bundle for three bi-weekly maintenance cleanings. There is a discount offered for purchasing the cleaning bundle. I was also able to take advantage an Angie's List coupon for my initial deep cleaning. One of the best things about Green Frog is their customer service center. Mary has been very responsive, replying to my emails right away and helping to schedule future cleaning days. She was able to schedule a technician for a last minute next day cleaning, which was greatly appreciated. I plan on continuing to use Green Frog for biweekly cleaning service, after going through several companies that I wasn't happy with.

My previous house cleaning service let me down at the last minute--right before I had a friend arriving in town! I called Green Frog Housecleaning and they were able to fit me in exactly at the time I wanted, and also to start regular service (first and third Friday mornings of every month) for me. The two women arrived right on time, cleaned diligently, and got everything done. They inquired as to whether I was satisfied and let me look around before they left to see if I needed anything else done. Great service, and I am going to be using them regularly.

Well, a little more expensive than I thought.
