Gwen was great. She was on time, cleaned everything I requested and hustled to get it all done in the time frame I booked! Would highly recommend her!

I found Green Frog Cleaning on Angie's List and made an appointment. Kelli and Ana arrived on time, and worked diligently for three hours straight cleaning my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. After they were done, the place looked great, and they made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. I was so impressed that now I have regularly scheduled cleaning with them. Jessi and Belen are terrific cleaners & they do a great job in our condo! Jessi watches out for deep cleaning that needs to be done, like scrubbing the shower tiles & the kitchen sink. Belen does a fantastic job in our kitchen. They are efficient yet thorough. They make a great team!

Edna was my first point of contact and she provided outstanding customer service over the phone. She was knowledgeable, personable, and answered my many questions. Megan was the technician that visited my home to provide an estimate and for a meet and greet. I am moving forward with Green Frog and I am hopeful the courteous, professional, and punctual customer service continues.

I scheduled service and received an email to confirm service appointment and received a follow up phone call the night as a reminder. Rosie and Lydia arrived on time and after a brief walk through went to work. I was pleased with their cleaning services and attention to detail. I was trying them out to start a bi-monthly cleaning service, and ended up scheduling my next cleaning appointment on the spot. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I had a great experience with Green Frog House Cleaning. I spoke with Betty on the phone for a quote and scheduling, she was very pleasant and provided great customer service. There were no additional hidden fees besides what I was quoted for the 3 hour cleaning (plus a great discount for Angie's list members!). Lysia, did a wonderful job. She was punctual, polite, and made my tile shower and glass doors look brand new again! I will definitely ask for her again the next time I need to schedule a cleaning.

The cleaning technicians Mona and Brook were great. Worked very hard and there attention to detail was noticed. My shower stall was sparkling clean, Appreciate how well my house looked after they cleaned.

We needed a same-day cleaning. Green Frog fit us in to their schedule. The technicians did an excellent job. Price was about $380 for 2 techs for 4 hours.

On time, work completed well, Katie and Kelly work efficiently and effectively.

Overall I had a pretty negative experience with this company. I only had the downstairs of my house cleaned because that was all I needed done. I got this done as a gift for my mom for her birthday. So I got the deluxe cleaning and the extra oven cleaning. I was given an estimate of around $174-$249 for this job. In the end I was being told that it would be $440 for this service. I was appalled and I voiced my concern with the lady on the phone. She understood why I was upset and took the oven cleaning charge off. Still, I was charged $396 for only the downstairs of my house to be cleaned. I am so upset about this! That is a substantial difference from what I was expecting to pay!

It went great! Nicole has been a few times now and got the job done right!

Veronica was great. Had a little difficulty finding parking, but that is assumed. She cleaned in detail - facets (calcium), oven, grout and floors (vacuum and dust). She listened to all our requests, spend two hours - and did a great job.

Had three cleaners who did a three bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse. Laminate flooring nicely cleaned and cleaners took extra effort to ensure a spotless floor. Showers we’re sparking. Blinds dusted, baseboards wiped down and spider webs removed. Would use again.

Scheduling was super easy. The ladies were here on time and were very thorough. Because my house was fairly clean it didn’t take them as long as estimated; therefore, the price was less. I’ve scheduled them for regular bi-weekly cleaning. This is a no-brainer; I should have made the change sooner.

Terrific job! Lupe and Sam provided just the service we needed. Entire 2 bedroom, 2 bath thoroughly cleaned in 3 hours. They were punctual, hard-working and paid great attention to detail. Only eco-friendly products so no toxic chemicals and fresh, clean smell. Great positive and helpful attitude.

I highly recommend Green Frog House Cleaning. I called to schedule a move-in cleaning for my apartment on short notice. I was greeted by a warm and professional agent who worked me into the schedule. On move-in day, a 2-person cleaning team - Daniel and Empi - arrived promptly and quickly got to work. They both did a very thorough job, checking in with me frequently to ask about my preferences and how I would like something cleaned. In addition to being incredibly professional and thorough, they were very friendly and gave me lots of great tips on things to do in the San Diego/La Jolla area. I will definitely rebook with Green Frog, Empi and Daniel in the future and recommend you do the same!

It went great. Sarah called ahead of time because she could actually come early and it worked out better with my schedule. She was on time, worked efficiently with quality. Now the house is spotless and ready for the Fourth of July!
