Green Frog House Cleaning

Mona, Monica and Karen were great very friendly and hard working. Even though it is going to take more than one visit to get my house in order these ladies did a great job making a dent in it. Even with my nosy kittens trying to lend a hand, and the heat, they had a smile on their faces and did not make me feel judged due to the situation with my house. I am having them come back on a weekly basis started 4 days from the initial start date. Very helpful and through in a bad situation. For the first time in a long time I feel hipeful to have my house back. I have a three bedroom two bathroom, but kitchen, partial living room and one bathroom were worked on. I believe I will have the two woman for more h poo urs next time. But overall great work.

This was my first experience with Green Frog Cleaning. I was very impressed! Jaemi and Yvette arrived right on time, and they were friendly, professional, customer-focused, and efficient. They did an excellent job cleaning the house. Based on this experience, I would say that Green Frog is the best cleaning agency I have ever worked with.

Everything we asked for was done according to our instructions. There are just the 2 of us with no pets and AC so not too hard to clean, but sometimes you don't always get what you want. This time we have!

It went very well the technician showed up on time it went right to work and didn't stop the whole time she was there except to ask me how it looked when I went into each room couldn't ask for anything better

My experience has been excellent as she clearly communicates with me through phone or text and understands not only the value of customer service but the value of personal service. My place continues to look amazing after a visit from Mary Lou.

It went wonderful. It had many years since we had our home professionally cleaned and they did an incredible job. They were professional, had great attention to detail and very friendly. It was such a joy to have my home all sparkly and clean. I can wait to have them back again.

We are a commercial building. Meagan is a gem. She has been cleaning for us for the last few months and it has never looked better! She cleans the showroom, halls, bathrooms, kitchen and offices. She won't leave until she has swept the front porch entry. Excellent service!! Meagan is prompt, thorough and professional. We are extremely happy with Green Frog Cleaning especially with Meagan.

Overall they did a fair job, but none of the counters (kitchen or bathroom) were dusted or wiped and only parts of the furniture. I asked for all tiled areas to be mopped. It looks like the living area and entry way did get mopped, but they either did not do a great job in the kitchen or they were not very thorough. This is the second time I've used Green Frog and the second time I feel the job was subpar. It makes me miss my housecleaning service in Austin that would clean my 2100 square foot home for only $100 and did an exceptional job. I guess I'll keep looking for a housecleaning service.

Jaemi and Kayla were on time and professional. My regular cleaner is on maternity leave and so they substituted. They were great! One of the things I particularly like is that if you need to change a time or date they always have someone to meet your request. Keep up the great job Green Frog!

Very please with our Green Frog Cleanign experience. We tried several other cleanign companies who were sub-par until we found Green Frog. They perform great work at a great price. We have them clean every 2 weeks. We will also add an occasional deep clean. We have and will continue to recommend them. They are also mindful of requests like suing special cleaning solutions. Their stock cleaners seem fine and aren't harsh, heavily scented cleaners like other companies. Our only real complaint is they seem to have an answering system. If you need to talk to someone at Green Frog you can never get straight through- you call the number, someone takes a message and then you are called back within a day. It's not very efficient from a customer standpoint during normal business hours.

Twice monthly service for a great price. She comes over when I'm at work and when I get home the house looks awesome. It's like magic. In addition to the house looking great, it's a nice relief to know that a pet lover is cleaning my house and that she gladly will put up with my neuroses and worries that my indoor cats will try to escape when she's coming and going. No problems yet, and I don't expect any. I'd highly recommend Green Frog and Audra if you're looking for regular or one-time cleaning.

Unfortunately Green Frog did not provide the superior service we were looking for. Their cleaning was fine, mediocre. I'd hoped for more based on reviews. - some dirt left on floors after cleaning - no extras I hoped for, such as polished fixtures - missed some obvious spots, like a mark on the wall that could have been wiped in 2 seconds Also, their communication was lacking. - didn't contact me after deal purchase on Angie's List, I had to contact them - when I called, they didn't apologize, but acted surprised and made excuses That said, in general the staff that I spoke to was well-spoken, friendly, and courteous. I'm looking for better service than I can get calling on of the big companies. This was clearly not it.

We have been happy with Green Frog. We don't need regular service, but a good deep cleaning a few times a year.

Really great company! Courteous phone communication and really great on-site cleaners. Great results and a positive experience.

They were late. Woman that was having her first day on the job showed up an hour before the other woman and just stood around waiting since she didn't know what to do. Once the other woman showed up and they started, the experienced woman did a good job, especially on my kitchen. However, the "new" woman didn't do a good job. Their method of cleaning the floors is to just move the dirt around with a dry mop. Disappointed.

Angie's List had a deal going with Green Frog Housecleaning which I purchased. The housekeeper showed up on time with a large bag of cleaning supplies and vacuum in hand. As she was going up my staircase she hit the hand rail with the vacuum and chipped the new paint. She spent hours in the master bathroom (which wasn't needed as the bathroom was clean for the most part.) When she finally arrived downstairs to clean she told me that she had to hurry off to another appointment. She did light dusting in the dining room, living room and vacuumed. I told her to forget dusting the family room that I would do it. I honestly just wanted her to leave. She was very clumsy with the vacuum hitting the sides of the wall and furniture. After she left I went up stairs to straighten my bed quilt and noticed she spilled cleaning fluid on my down pillow and bed. The liquid went through the quilt, sheet and mattress cover. I called Green Frog Housekeeping who said they would send out an experienced housekeeper to take the bedding to the cleaners. One of the owners of the company called and apologized. He said they had issues with her in the past and would talk to her. He said she would probably be terminated that week. My take on all this is... if you have clumsy people like this girl don't keep them around. I have very expensive furniture and trust their judgement when I let a stranger into my home to clean the house.

They were very, good and consistent but getting close to the last hour not enough time to pay attention to details in master bedroom ..Not as thorough.

This lady, who was new for me, was extremely well organized, thoroughly adept to the all instructions. She cleaned our home with consistently and if we were going to have a dinner party we could...and gave me house pride. She was polite, understood what I wanted and did it all with a smile. She made me house proud. For that I am truly grateful. Wonderful service. Thanks Green Frog and your staff.

As I said above it went Great...use them...you won't be sorry.

We loved the ladies that came; they were really cool, but it wasn?t a deep clean at all. It was more of a surface clean. The things that really mattered to us?the tops of the ceiling fans and general dusting, etc?didn?t get done. They were in and out of here within three hours; our house is only about 1,050 square feet, and for the amount of money we paid (about $250), I was really disappointed. I really expected it to be a deep housecleaning and I don?t feel like it was.

Really great company...this is my 2nd time using Froggy Cleaners..they do everything..a big thanks. Great team and would like them again. Thanks...A+ company.

It went horribly bad. They tried to charge me extra money for work that they had not been done. For example, the shower- the glass had not been touched. They had used cheap cleaner for the floors. It had not been cleaned. The bathrooms were not even touched. My stainless steal- brand new- refrigerator she had started to clean with a cleaner that would have ruined it. Luckily, I walked up while she was doing that before she did ruin it. They did eventually give me my money back thoguh.

We were really impressed with them. They were very meticulous in their cleaning. There were two here doing the work. They did a real good job.
