It was okay. Bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were cleaned pretty well.

The technicians were on time, very professional, and knew what they were doing. The job of cleaning an Airbnb is more important, in some ways, because my business relies on having the house as clean as possible for my guests. They even took several photos of each room, so they knew what to do the next time they came. I was very pleased with the service. Meagan, Alicia (and the 3rd girl--sorry I forgot her name) were excellent! They use good products, and bring their own supplies--even a vacuum. I highly recommend.

Did an excellent job, although I wish it would have been 2 people. Next time I'll schedule a longer time frame.

There were a few mishaps during the first visit, although overall they did a very good job cleaning that day. Most importantly, when I called to resolve the mishaps they went out of their way to be accommodating and make it right. This service is very professional and they stand by their work. Each employee is well-trained, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented. Their cleaning crews work quickly and efficiently and get the job done with a smile. I have two "tests" that I use to gauge the proficiency of a house cleaner: first, how well do they rid my glass shower door of the hard water stains, and second, do they remember to clean above the stove top exhaust hood which gets very dusty and is often missed my most cleaning people. I'm happy to say that the Green Frog crew always does a great job on my shower door and has never missed the oven hood vent without me ever mentioning it. Nothing and no one is perfect, but what really stands out about this company is how they strive to make the customer happy. They are open and eager to feedback and doing whatever is necessary to do the job to your satisfaction.

Amazing! Green Frog does a thorough and high-quality cleaning every time they come. Mona is beyond fantastic. I had used some other services before, as well as people I had found online via Craigslist etc, but I would never go back now that I found Green Frog.

The company contacted me quickly and made sure to schedule during my requested time period. Jaemi was wonderful. She showed up promptly and was thorough, explaining company policies. At no point did she make me feel bad about my poor housekeeping skills. Each time I reach out to the company, I get a quick, detailed response. I am never left wondering what is going on. Since that initial cleaning, we have had Jaemi back several times. She is always professional, courteous, and thorough, and seems as excited, if not more so, than I am to see my house cleaned! I can't say enough nice things about Jaemi and Russ, who has assisted her several times, as well as the others that have helped clean our home. Most recently, Tai went above and beyond, picking up in areas I told her not to worry about. She actually asked if she could please clean up. Every time the crew leaves, my house is left feeling lighter and smelling fresh - not like harsh chemicals! With them doing the heavy lifting, I am able to make progress organizing the rest of my life, which has definitely helped my frame of mine. Each month, I look forward to cleaning day. Again, I can't say enough nice things about Jaemi, Green Frog, and their whole crew!

Fantastic. Madison and Yvette did a fantastic job. I am pleased at how my house looks and smells. Good attention to detail. I will be using this company weekly to clean my house.

It went great. We really needed it and the price wasn't too bad. They've really saved us a lot of time and effort. The place always smells clean and looks great afterward.

I hired Green Frog Cleaning as a replacement for another cleaning company I had to fire. After reading their reviews here on AL I filled out their online info and was pleasantly surprised to have them contact me quickly. I spoke with Mary about what I was looking for - we have a 2 story home, approx 1960 sq ft - that I wanted cleaned - and she asked pertinent questions about what kind of home I have, flooring, etc. After that I was surprised to see I received an email from them welcoming me to the Green Frog Family. They were very friendly and professional and response was terrific. I even had to change my initial cleaning date due to a work issue. I stated I preferred 2 people coming instead of 1 to shorten the time they would need to be at my home. There was no extra charge for 2 people. The girls, Caitlyn and Madison, arrived on time and after showing them around, they got right to work. They asked me specific questions regarding any preference on cleaning products, etc. It took them a little extra time due to the fact that it had been about 3 -4 weeks since my last cleaning and just getting the hang of our home, etc. Both ladies were very friendly, professional, and did a good job. I'm now hiring them to do my home bi-monthly so we'll see how this goes but overall everything looks promising.

The 2 girls that came to clean my home were Jaemi and Mona. They were punctual, very thorough, and left my home super shiny and clean. I had recently broken my arm and shoulder so needed a lot of help with house cleaning tasks and nothing was too much trouble. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Did not go well took very long to do simple items not all of vents cleaned baseboards were marked up Very unsatisfactory work would not recommend

They even did requests, which I appreciated. We have huge mirrors and they did them better than I had hoped. I only mess them up when I try, so it was good that they got it right the first time. I could tell they were experienced and they were young and had good communication skills. I do however appreciate using bleach on some things.

Very nice, very professional. They stick to whatever schedule we've setup, if their gonna be late they call, if they can come by early they call. Just that they are dependable and that they work hard.

At first it went great I found them on Angie's List and I was thrilled to have them come to my home. The first time three women came out to get started. That day one of the women was completely substandard she hardly did anything it seem like she was allergic to something and it was not a good situation but the other two women were great. My favorite was Monique. I have them come on Saturday for the first time so I could see who was coming in to my home. I have to indoor kittens that will try and make a run for the outside so we have to be very careful with them. After that I started having a Monique come to my home every week it was wonderful. It wasn't really inexpensive but it was okay because she did a wonderful job. I've been changed to every other week. Things are going well and I was excited on the days when they would she would be there and I would come home. The last time they were here I just happened to be home sick that day when I got a knock on my door and a stranger was their starting to come in saying she was from Green Frog. I was surprised because I had explained to marry that I did not want strangers in my home that if something changed they need to make me aware of it prior to having them come in my home. Monique happened to be late that day and this woman told me that they sent her out and instead of the four hours they were going to do they were going to spend 2 hours together. No one had had informed me of any changes and that upset me. I called Mary to tell her that I wasn't happy with what happened and that no one spoke to me about it in advance. I've been received a call saying that any future visits that Monique was unable to do the four hours so they were going to send to people for 2 hours for the same money. At this point I was pretty upset they hadn't been honest with me and I wasn't going to pay the same amount for 2 people for 2 hours in my home so I asked him to return my key. Mary told me that Monique would return my key the next morning. The next two days came and went. I called Mary to ask what was going on with my key and she said They would be dropping it in the mail to me. I told her I didn't think it was appropriate to mail my house key but she said that's their protocol. I explained to marry that I was very upset I've been working with them for close to eight months always paid large tip no problems but all of a sudden they didn't have time for me it was cutting into someone else's house. Really poor customer service. I'm very very upset I really like having them at my house and it doesn't make sense that they took on another job and pushed me aside. It's more than $40 an hour to have them clean for 3 hours. Actually a hundred and $34 to have them here from 8 to 11. I'm just putting it out there because after all this time they couldn't even do what was right didn't talk to me in advance sent a stranger to my house everything that I asked them not to do they did. And I still have not received my house key back. Be careful unless you there you don't know who they're sending in your home. As I said I just happened to be home sick the day they sent that stranger to my home. At this point I don't even know if it was Monique coming to my house every week. Be careful because they're not very honest and I'm really upset about that. You would think they would try to keep a customer that they've had for over 8 months regular no problems with payment happy with the work only asked for a couple things. No strangers in my house and any changes make me aware in advance. Monique was awesome and I like to having her do the work and she was very mindful of my kittens. Oh well that's the way it is and now I don't have a maid service anymore and I'm really bummed out. The last time they were here was I believe the 8th of February. And that is the day that the stranger knocked on my door. My husband informed me that not only did they not clean under the couches but they arrived very late and left early so they didn't even do the three hours. Monique cleaned well to my knowledge. I'm really upset about this and they didn't appear to even care about my problem even after all this time and the good reviews that I had given them. The first time they were here one of the girls even broke my shower head and I didn't even make a big deal out of that it was an accident. As I said the biggest scale is they sent a stranger without telling me tried to send to people for 2 hours instead of the regular time for the same price and didn't even seem to try and make things work when I told them I really didn't want it that way. Customer service is bad communication horrible. And like I said I'm not even sure who was in my house. And no key which should be coming in the mail if it gets here. Not good definitely not in the best interest of the client.

My regular cleaner (Mary Lou) is terrific. If she can't make it they always have a replacement who is equally as good. The company is very reliable and flexible. If you need something done at the last minute they will go out of their way to accommodate you. I've lived in my home for 25 years and had lots of cleaning services, and this is by far the best.

Great! Monique is the first cleaner they ever sent, and I've stuck with her because she is great, They have great customer service-- you can pretty much call anytime and get a real person on the first couple rings. Monique is a courteous cleaner and does a fantastic and thorough job. It's always a pleasure walking in the front do after know Monique has been here. Everything is clean and in order She even takes time to go the extra mile, cleaning the shelves of the refrigerator, and just making the place altogether a nicer environment to come back to I would strongly recommend Green Frog cleaning. Great service, great price. Can't be beat!!!

Meghan & Mona were absolutely the best cleaners I've ever had! They were friendly, hard working, efficient and I was thrilled to have found them! Their was no problem with language which I've had in the past. I limited them to the above rooms as they needed a VERY THOROUGH cleaning. I was very hesitant to depend on the A rating as I've used 2 such companies and would have given these others a much lower rating. Unfortunately I didn't review either company since I had nothing good to say. I now know this was a mistake. It's hard to be negative after reading all the "A" reviews. This is a family run business and the owner Mary was very understanding when I needed to reschedule twice due to illness. I'll NEVER use another company! They may be higher priced but they did a 3 times better job than the other 2 companies combined! Thank you Meghan & Mona!

Prompt, arrived in the scheduled time window 3. Very responsive. I forgot how to pay for services and received a very prompt response to my email inquiry

I have been with Green Frog Housecleaning over a year now, Megan comes in every other week, always on time, responsive to my particular needs, and great with my pets. Very pleased and would highly recommend them.

The personalities of everyone involved are exquisite. The professionalism of Mary who runs the office is remarkable. Jaemi and Monica (my technicians) are very sweet and personable. I like them as people. They provide an adequate clean, we are still working out small things that are hot items for me. I am optimistic that they will be able to satisfy my high expectations. The service factor alone is worth it. The cost is reasonable compared to other companies. And the customer service portion is unparalleled. Looking forward to working with them on some small technical improvements which is the easiest part! There have been some issues outside of their control that have caused them to be late each time however that is also something that can be improved. They communicated with me that they would be late so that's good!

The parts they cleaned were great, but they didnt clean all of the parts that they promised. They didn't clean the rooms, and they forgot to clean a bathroom. I also heard them complaining a lot.

Lyanne did a thorough job cleaning the house. It was easy for us to work while she was cleaning which I appreciated. She is relaxed and easy to talk to. I was happy that she knew how to clean a house and had her own supplies. I did not have to do anything but let her in the door. She used products that did not smell which was so nice as I get headaches when I smell bleach or other harsh products.

Monique arrived on time and took care of everything I ask her to do. Excellent work great attitude works well with my pets. My one year old kitten follows her around very nosey putting a pot on her shoulder whenever the opportunity arises. Monique let me know that it kept her smiling all day. Very happy with the service going to have them come once a week. I'm hoping to keep Monique as the regular housekeeper as I feel comfortable with her in my home when I'm not there. It's really nice to come home from work to a clean house. Fabulous nothing better.
