+ -1 moreI called the company with measurements for a glass tabletop. The glass would not be cut until payment was received, which is pretty standard. I went to the store and paid for the glass within a couple of days. The company rep told me at the time of purchase that it would be about 5 days or faster to receive the glass. I called the company after waiting close to 3 weeks for them to call me to tell me the piece of glass was ready. The company rep told me the glass was ready but not wrapped for pick-up. I told the rep I would come in the next day to pick-up the piece of glass. The day I went to pick-up the glass, a small piece of paper was stuck to the door that said they would return at 1:20 PM. I was at the store at 1:22 PM and waited 10 minutes for a rep to show up. Nobody showed up within 10 minutes so I left.
Description of Work: Cut a piece of glass for a coffee table top.
