no problems with selection or delivery

They make the cabinets and then they send them out. We use Dixieline because they’re a lot better. Some of the other similar stores won’t come out to check our cabinets if we buy cabinets from them but don’t get them to install them. The others won’t check if we’re buying the right cabinets for the right price, so we’re stuck with what we get. They’re very good. They had someone come out to take measurements for the cabinets to make sure that all our renderings were correct. They were really professional, did a really good job and gave us more ideas. We drew out the plot plan, and they came out to verify the placement of each cabinet. Everything’s been paid for. Their quote was better than what we got from other stores. They helped us pick out one of the better cabinets that are all wood. They helped enlarge our kitchen in such a way that we didn’t have to knock out walls and rebuild a new kitchen. We have a very small kitchen. They helped us decide what type of appliances could be put in here. It was up to us to make the decision because nowadays they are not making very many wall-mount gas ovens. They’ve pretty much all gone electric. We had to beat the bushes to find a gas oven. Otherwise, we would have had to spend $10,000 to have additional electrical work done on the house, because the existing box won’t hold another 220. They were really instrumental in helping us find different things. They’re very knowledgeable. The ladies that worked with us on the design did their homework really well. We would recommend them in a heartbeat, because their prices and workmanship are really good. At the store, the cabinets were all laid out in their model kitchens. We checked the pulls on the drawers, and how the cabinet doors closed. We also compared the quality of the finishes to other finishes. They knew everything there was to know about installing cabinets, from the ceiling right down to the floor, and what could and could not be done. They have it all on a computer. This lady had been out in the field, so she had really done her homework. She was also on time every time. Up to this point, everything has gone really well. We shopped and shopped, and for the money, the quality is as good as the higher-end price point, if not better. They’re beautiful. If Angie’s List wants me to send pictures, I’d be more than happy to.

THE WINDOWS WERE ALL THE RIGHT SIZES. THERE ARE NO MANUFACTURING DEFECTS. THE WINDOWS ARRIVE UNDAMAGED AND ON THE EXPECTED DATE. THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AND ARE PROVIDING COMPLETE SATISFACTION THUS FAR.

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. GOOD SERVICE.
