OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS OKAY. I TOOK IT INTO COMPUSA AND THE SERVICE COUNTER DESK WAS BUSY. I WAITED TO BE HELPED AND THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO BE IGNORED AS THE PERSON KEPT LOOKING PAST ME TO THE PERSON BEHIND ME. THERE WAS NO REAL 'LINE,' AND OTHERS WERE JUST WAITING AROUND. THEY DID ASK WHO WAS NEXT, SO I WAS HELPED NEXT. THEY LOOKED UP THE WARRANTY INFORMATION AND PRINTED IT OUT FOR ME AS I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE WARRANTY WAS. IT WAS FIXED FOR FREE, BUT IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET THE PART IN THAT WAS NEEDED. I GUESS THAT WAS THE MAC PEOPLE.
Description of Work: OUR MAC COMPUTER STOPPED WORKING AND NEEDED TO BE FIXED. I TOOK IT OVER TO COMPUSA FOR REPAIR, AS THAT IS WHERE WE PURCHASED IT. THEY FIXED IT UNDER WARRANTY.

THESE FOLKS TOOK CARE OF THE HARDDRIVE PROBLEMS IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS WITH VERY REASONABLE PRICING. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THEM THAT WE WENT BACK TO THEM WHEN OUR HARD DRIVE LATER WENT OUT AND PURCHASED A NEW SYSTEM FROM THEM. ANDREW DYER, OUR SALES CONSULTANT DELIVERED OUR SYSTEM TO OUR OFFICE, SET EVERYTHING UP, AND FINISHED UP EVEN THOUGH HIS WORK SHIFT HAD ENDED, (HE COULD HAVE SKIPPED THE DELIVERY UNTIL HIS NEXT WORK DAY BUT BEING PROFESSIONAL, DID HIS JOB). THE NEXT DAY THE STORE SENT OUT A TECHNICIAN TO RESOLVE A TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH THE NETWORK INTEGRATION TO OUR PRINTER. THIS WAS NOT A PART OF OUR SERVICE AGREEMENT BUT WAS 'THE RIGHT THING TO DO TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER' AND ENSURE WE WILL COME BACK TO THEIR STORE AGAIN.
Description of Work: WE TOOK OUR DESKTOP SYSTEM TO COMPUSA TO CLEAN UP THE HARDDRIVE AND REMOVE THE EFFECTS OF A VIRUS.
