Not only was their technician able to accomplish the repair, but alerted me to and resolved potential fire hazard w/ my appliance, which I was completely unaware. The technician was very professional and had great people skills -- I highly recommend Best Appliance Service and will be a return customer should I need repairs in the future.

+ -1 moreIt went well. The dryer drum had been scraping the inner side of the machine. It was causing a loud sound similar to a large chain bouncing a metal can. Best Appliance was able to come out and replaced the inner tabs that had broken off. There was a couple of other parts of the dryer I wanted replaced (older model) and he was able to obtain the parts and install. The dryer works well now. No more noise! He did a excellent job. Highly recommend!

+ -1 moreVlaid was very knowledge and efficient when we spoke on the phone, he called me right away after my request through Angi. He is the owner of Best Appliance Service. I had a problem with my washer, the water would not shut off during the spin cycle and the agitator would move back and forth while the washer was filling up. He came out to look at my washer right away.
Description of Work: After Vlaid did his diagnostic and checked for parts cost and even looked to sites where he could get them less expensive, he told me there were two parts needed to be ordered and replaced for my 16 year old Kenmore Washer. We discussed the cost and together we came to a conclusion that it would be better to buy a new washer rather than spend the money on replacing these parts on an old washer. It made sense to me so we are going to get a new washer, good choice and thank you Vlaid for your expertise. I would highly recommend Vlaid to others and would use him again without a doubt.
