We would like to express our appreciation to Mr. Anderson and his design team for a job well done. It was a major relief to actually find an honest and professional contractor for our kitchen remodel project. There were no surprise hidden charges and the job was completed in 3 weeks, ahead of schedule! Our new kitchen looks wonderful. Couldn't be happier.

We began looking into a home remodel that included a kitchen and two bathrooms. Our house is original, built in 1954, and while the kitchen and baths were very much outdated we did not have a clear picture on how to design the remodel, or what was even possible. We contacted four contractors, three of whom came to the house to discuss possibilities. Of these three, Jason was by far the most helpful and supportive of what we were looking for. This is an understatement to say the least. He spent a few hours with us that first day discussing many different possibilities, most of which were not things we had considered and ended up being amazing! He brought his mobile showroom to go over all the color and material choices, allowing us to see how different cabinets and countertops looked together. After working with him that day, we had a very clear picture of what was possible, and more importantly what met our needs. No other contractor was even close to his attention to detail, his creativity, or his desire to meet our needs. He presented options we did not think of, many of which we chose to have done and are extremely happy we did. As a side note, I highly recommend the linear LED fireplaces if he recommends one. After choosing Anderson Designs to do our remodel, Jason came back to the house a few times to meet with us, answer questions, further discuss choices we made, and help us order all the smaller items and fixtures needed to complete the project. When we went shopping for new appliances, I called Jason to discuss dimensions, colors and styles and he made himself available for discussion right then and there. When we had a rethinking of our kitchen cabinet style, Jason came back to the house with his showroom and let us look at new combinations. All in all, the design process was absolutely excellent, from being presented numerous options in Jasons mobile showroom to feeling like our questions were answered. The remodel process was smooth. We left town for the majority of it (I had seen a previous reviewer say this was the best way, and I agree). Jason was terrific in taking care of any issues that did arise with remodeling a 60+ year old house. It is so nice to have him email us saying how he had already taken care of these issues rather than coming to us and letting us know they were there and then hassling over the fix. Simply, he more than met his goals in both timing and design. One thing I had heard about Anderson Designs going into this process was that they not only met expectations, but far exceeded them in the finished product. I can certainly say that this was our experience. The final product far exceeded our expectations in quality, look and utility. Jason truly excels at the small details. We love our kitchen and both baths. Jasons suggestions on certain fixtures or appliances were spot-on. He is passionate about what he does and was very easy to work with, something I heard is not necessarily standard in the industry. He was

I interviewed 6 contractors when I was remodeling my bathrooms. Anderson Design was by far the most prepared and professional. Even a year and a half after the project was completed, Jason still answers my texts and phone calls and provides whatever support is required. Excellent, awesome work and follow-up! Like many others who have taken the time to review Anderson Design, I was quite intimidated by the prospect of remodeling my kitchen. I knew it needed to be done, but I was worried about a construction nightmare. from the very beginning , the Company president, Jason Anderson, spent a lot of time with me talking through ideas, constructing a budget and letting me take my own sweet time deciding before going forward. No hard sell. Just straight , honest information. Once I signed with Jason, I found him to be incredibly creative in his designs, knowledgeable and a great communicator. The work was done while I was out of town and Jason sent me pictures and a mini-report every day. My entire kitchen was gutted and re-built; new cabinets, tile, island, wall taken down and replaced; new closet- and it was all done within 4 weeks- just as Jason said it would be. As other reviewers have noted, Jason cares deeply about the quality of the product he and his team produce, and it shows. The attention to detail is astounding. I would recommend Jason and his company to anyone thinking about doing work on their house. I can't imagine having a better experience with another company.

My husband and I were in the market to do a complete kitchen remodel. Other than buying the house, this represented the largest investment we have made together and for that reason we were probably over-thorough in choosing who we wanted to do this work. After hours of online researching and meeting with a half dozen prospective contractors, Jason Anderson (owner of Anderson Design) stood out from the rest and was our clear choice. There were many things that separated him from the others including time he spent with us up front, positive personality, and the clear passion for his company and the product he was putting out. Jason runs a company that does not have the big business impersonal feel that some others did but does quality work that makes his a high-end very professional company. He and his staff were very prompt to contact us from the beginning and each time we called we got an answer. We never felt pressure or stress from lack of communication throughout the project. We had multiple consultations up front including Jason bringing his design truck which was a unique benefit, vice my wife and I going to a bunch of different places to pick out what we thought we wanted but never really seeing it together. Having smaller samples in the bus and being able to match everything without leaving our driveway was awesome! To give an idea to the reader of the scope of work we were having done, our project consisted of: new cabinets, counter tops, back splash, flooring, electrical, lighting, island, raising ceiling, new custom sliding door, and new door/window installed. Jason presented an itemized budget for everything we were requesting to have done, and was able to work with us to stay within our budget. After the job started, Jason had his team scheduled and was on it. With a ton of work to do, we went from gutting the entire kitchen to full construction to functional kitchen in less than 4 weeks! I realize this isn’t always possible in every case but getting this done blew away all of the other estimates we had received for time and was simply due to Jason and team being on each and every task that needed to get done. The details are where Jason excelled. He wanted nothing more than for us to be happy with our kitchen and went out of his way to make that happen every step of the project. We switched lights part way through and he rolled with it. On an accidental scratch of an appliance, he had the appliance replaced and even did a second time for same appliance that still was in perfect shape. On multiple occasions, Jason himself was at our house doing work for as late as we would let him stay with little to no breaks. One of Jasons main workers, Bill, was just as passionate and came out multiple times even just to check up on progress and make recommendations back to Jason. Very professional staff! We have lived in our house for 32 years. Embarrassingly, it had been at least 25 years since it was last painted on the outside. Earlier this year, Anderson Design (I just refer to them as Jason and his crew) remodeled our kitchen. They did an amazing job on it. When we found out that they also do house exteriors, we thought it must be a sign that it was finally get the house exterior painted. Once again, Jason and his crew did an amazing job. To say they painted the house is to not do the job justice. First, they take down any awnings, lights, etc. that are mounted outside the house. They started out by doing a high-pressure washing of the entire house exterior. Then they dug down 6 inches around the entire foundation of the house to ensure the paint gets applied well below the dirt line. The best part, from my perspective, is that they fix things around the exterior. Any holes that need fixing - they fix. - whether the holes are remnants from things that used to be attached to the house or just dings or from wear and tear they patch them up. If a section of a wall needed to be re-plastered down to the chicken wire, they did it. If they find any dry-rot, they remove it and replace it. They found things like a 15 foot section of one wall that was missing a metal strip (one of many construction terms that was new to me - I believe it was a weep screed. They procured a weep screed and installed it. We wanted a new side door to the garage. We bought the new door (actually, we had Jason buy one) and they installed it. If we had wanted to get new door locks on the exterior doors, they would have installed them. After everything was fixed, the primer went on, followed by the paint, followed by re-attaching any lights, awnings, etc. that had been removed. They did a great job. The house looks like new. Now about the paint crew. These guys were amazing. They were working in July, when it was really hot. They were unfailingly cheerful and polite. We have two dogs that we tried to keep inside during the job. If we wanted to let them out, all we had to do was tell the crew and they would temporarily vacate the back yard to let the dogs run around. The crew never left stuff lying around when they were not working. When they finished, all of their gear just magically disappeared. The day after they left, you would never have known that they had been there, except for how great the house looked. And Jason, he met with us before the job and finalized paint colors, door type, etc. The day before the job began, the head of the crew stopped in to make sure everything was ready. The actual job was done in one week exactly half the time we were expecting. At any time if we had any questions, Jason was available 24/7 on his cell phone. I would never hesitate to use Anderson Design on any project and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to friends. He knows his stuff and can make it happen.

Anderson Design actually worked on 2 of our bathrooms. The master bath was updated with new cabinet, counter, sink and faucet, while the second bath was a complete remodel down to the studs. The Master bath was done first and we were so pleased that we scheduled the 2nd bath remodel. The second bath remodel was done while we were out of town (the best way). Anderson Design people are professional, hard working, and most important - trustworthy. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and we are extremely happy with the results. They also did a great job of cleaning up after completing the work!.

Very impressed with the overall workmanship of Anderson Design. They sent out the owner, Mr. Anderson and he professionally redesigned a new kitchen for me. It was not your typical cookie cutter kitchen, but a unique modern usable design. The work was preformed in a professional manner and it was completed right on time. The price was fair and I have no complaints whatsoever.

We had such a good experience we hired them again for a commercial remodel we needed done on a hair salon. I think the best compliment you can give is repeat business and we didn't hesitate to contact them. Any future projects we will definitely enlist their service

In 1999 I had the opportunity to buy my very own home at the age of 54. It was definitely a fixer-upper. Being an older single female, the challenge of achieving my ultimate goal of having the home I dreamed of was quite large. It has taken 16 years to have everything in my home completely remodeled. During this time I have been exposed to more contractors, electricians, plumbers and handymen than I care to remember. Some of these experiences were satisfactory and some total disasters. The final phase of my journey was to have my patio redone in a manner that would allow me enough space to entertain and be comfortable. Anderson Design far surpassed any of my expectations. The name alone should give a clue as to the overall product. Design, not contractor or corporation. Mr. Anderson is a man of true vision and perfection. I had ideas on how to accomplish my dream, but he provided all of the extra touches that makes it so very special. I have a wood ceiling with exposed beams. Mr. Anderson ordered the installation of wood that gives the appearance of tongue and grove rather than a plain appearance. There are fans properly placed for maximum air flow in keeping any insects from flying around and additional cooling. The color pattern accents both the house and the stone work in the backyard. Everything flows. I spend a lot of time sitting on the patio just relaxing. As I take in all of the small details it gives the feeling of sitting near a boat deck. Totally peaceful. The final judgement came with my first party on Memorial Day. One of the guests was my brother-in-law. He has a Masters Degree in Engineering and almost impossible to impress with my renovations. He inspected the construction of my patio with a fine tooth comb. Not only was everything perfectly square, but the materials used exceeded all of the legal requirements of the building codes. I finally impressed the impossible critic. Mr. Anderson is a totally stand up contractor. His employees showed respect and were a joy to be around. They are all perfectionist and continuously left the yard each night in a clean and usable space. I highly recommend them for any projects you may have in mind. You will not be disappointed in any respect. My only regret is that I didn't find Anderson Design in the beginning. I could have saved myself a lot of money and aggravation.

They did not do a kitchen remodel. They rebuilt a second story deck and painted the house.

Best construction project, remodel, we have EVER experienced (been through 4). Not only was the work done to exemplary standards but the people involved were all wonderful and trustworthy individuals. When Jason arrived to give us a bid we did not realize the whirlwind of passion in our home and project he would have. It was incredible to plan with him and see the possibilities we didn't even imagine. His integrity is unsurpassed. He is a terrific person, also. Very positive experience all the way around dealing with Anderson Design. They took the uncertainty out of the whole remodeling process. We didn't know where to start and they came and completely redesigned a whole new updated kitchen for us. The price was very fair and the level of service was second to none. Our whole family is very satisfied with our new kitchen and we know that we made the right decision going with Anderson Design.

Anderson Design We were looking around for someone to help us remodel our 2 small bathrooms (master & guest). (When I say small, you could hit your head on the wall if you got up off the toilet too quickly in the master bath.) We decided to give Anderson Design a try based on all the positive references and a very positive interview. With great care, concern & innovation, Mr. Anderson helped us select just the right products to create our own “spa” at home. His mobile showroom shortened the shopping and selection process by many hours, if not days. By extending the wall of the master bath 11 inches into the master bedroom, we lost very little useful space but were rewarded with a magnificent master bath and a now gigantic shower for two! Special thanks to crew leader Marcos, and to tile-setter Eman. Their desire to do outstanding work, and keep the customer involved in the process, created a guest bathroom that rivals and surpasses the quality of those in high end hotels or resorts (and we have stayed at several). As with many projects there arose a few issues, but all were solved with great concern, diligence and a desire that the customer be satisfied. The entire crew seemed intent on producing results that they themselves would want in their own homes. I can truly say that we are extremely satisfied with the job Anderson Design has done and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel.

"We had our living room 4 french doors replaced with sliders. The estimate and workmanship were well done. The replacement was accomplished in just one day and everything was cleaned up and back in place by evening. Excellent work. We also had outdated and slightly unsafe wood banisters and railings replaced with beautiful modern wrought iron. What a difference. It was quite a challenge taking out the old, but it was accomplished in one day. The wall needed repaired and the new safe, sturdy banister and railings were replaced efficiently and look great. Jason also repaired and painted a wall that the floor installers had damaged with removing old wood flooring - not his responsibility, but did it since he was here. We are planning to update our two bathrooms and will have Anderson Design do this later in the year. Good work, fair price, and responsive to customer needs."

My name is John O and my wife Heidi and I decided that we needed to remodel our 90s kitchen. When we decided that we were going to remodel the kitchen we interviewed and spoke with several contractors. Most of the contractors that we talked with were your typical hard core sales people who were clearly looking to do the remodel for the highest price and attempted high pressure tactics to get us to hire them. When we finally met with Mr. Jason Anderson about our remodel my wife and I realized that we had the contractor that we could trust. Mr. Anderson worked with us to achieve the best design at the most cost efficient price. The quality of service was only surpassed by the efficient reliable service that we received. The remodel was done exactly as we wanted in less time than anticipated and within the budget we had wanted. We can't say enough positive things about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to update their kitchen into a show place that any family can enjoy spending time in for years to come. One: Jason is extraordinarily innovative and creative in his thinking. When he proposed putting in an island (something we had always wanted but thought we clearly had no room for) we thought he must be joking. The design he came up with not only expanded our kitchen, but gave us the island that we never thought we would have room for. None of the proposals of other re-modelers had anything approaching what Jason presented us. Two: The workers were unfailingly polite and courteous. They cleaned up any mess they made. During the demolition-phase, the kitchen was completely sealed off so the rest of the house was unaffected. Three: Watching John and Jason working on the cabinet installations - along with the rest of the re-model , I realized that these are not just construction workers or re-modelers. These guys are true artists and craftsman who take a LOT of pride in what they do. And that pride is more than justified by the quality of their work. Four: Jason made it absolutely clear from the beginning that we could contact him 7/24 with any questions or concerns we had. We never had to - but it was nice to know that we could. Five: Jason was on-site at least once a day and always inquired to see if we had any questions. If it looked like anything might be delayed, he let us know in well in advance. To say we are extremely satisfied with the kitchen Jason gave us would be an understatement.

We got our dream bathroom finally! We want to recommend Anderson Design to anyone looking to get a new remodel. They really exceeded our expectations. Their customer service and attention to detail made all the difference. The initial appointment with Mr. Anderson himself and his cool mobile showroom was the determining factor in going with this contractor.
