I went to A Revitalized Kitchen and Bath showroom with my plans for a kitchen remodel. We spoke with Tyler. We discussed the job in detail and we left the drawings. This was on Friday July 10, in the morning. We were told that they would provide a quote by the following Monday. I received an e-mail from Amanda stating she was working on the quote and would have it soon. After two weeks of not hearing from her, I e-mailed asking if they planned on quoting. Amanda stated that she sent the quote a week before (7 days after the initial visit) though I didn't get it. When the quote finally came in, it was cryptic and mostly the company's disclaimers. There was a bottom line price. They added demolition (we have no kitchen), costs for plywood, a drop-in sink (I specifically stated one under mount and one Corian), etc. I e-mailed back asking for a further breakdown and Amanda stated the quote is based on all the information I provided to Tyler. I extremely disappointed in not only their price (much, much higher than other quotes based on the same information) but their lack of attention and customer service.

The installation went very well, with few complications. The new door needed a slightly larger opening and they were able to make the adjustments needed without any issues. The job was completed on time. The new door looks and functions beautifully.

I had initially contacted A Revitalized Bath and Kitchen to resurface my kitchen sink. However, we decided to go with a new sink altogether and have them do the installation. The job would not be an easy task, as my previous sink was tiled-in. Removing it without damaging the existing granite tile counter would be difficult. Greg came out to my home and we discussed all the options. He took measurements and carefully took note of my existing sink. I had not yet purchased a new sink so he researched and made suggestions on what he thought would work in the existing space. The installation was pushed back a day due to a scheduling problem on their part. I found out the morning of, so I had to adjust my schedule to have them come the following day. The removal of the old sink was challenging, but Greg and Erik did an excellent job of removing it with minimal damage to the existing tiles. I was very pleased with the way they took great care to protect my counters. They even built a special rig for the removal. However, a few replacement tiles were still needed and finding a match required a trip to Orange County to pick them up. This resulted in the job completion being delayed until the next day. The replacement tiles were not a good match. Erik and Greg were very professional about it and insisted that the work be done correctly and look the way I wanted it. Erik found new tiles locally within a few hours and was back on track to finish the job that day. The sink turned out beautifully and you would never know that they replaced any of the tiles surrounding it, as they matched the tiles perfectly. They were on time, professional, and thorough. I am very happy with the service I received and plan to use them again in the future for other home improvements.
