They came on time, introduced themselves, explained everything and how their system of cleaning carpets is better, measured the total area to be cleaned and got to work. They were very professional and careful and pleasant. The carpet wasn't too wet when they left and dried quickly. The carpet looked much better. After a few days, I called them to share with them that my carpet felt mashed and somewhat stiff, and did not have the velvety feel like before. They were very nice and set a time when they could come out for a redo. They came as promised, reconditioned the carpet and now I have beautiful clean carpets with a velvety feel. Good customer service from beginning to end is so hard to find these days. I thought finding a family run business that cares about the service they perform, was long gone and that no one stood behind their work anymore. I was so appreciative of the good service I received. These good companies need to be supported.

Tony's Best Way is absolutely the awesomest company that's ever cleaned anything! Had a naughty kitty relieve himself quite heartily all over our micro-suede recliner (I mean, it was BAD). Called these guys up and they were able to be here the next day. Such friendly guys (even recommended a good offshore fishing charter for me) and MAN, did they do a good job! The chair looked and smelled brand spanking new! That is, until the cat peed on it AGAIN last night (seriously)?! Called them at about 10:30 this morning and they were here, cleaning the chair again, by noon! Once again, better than new (plus, their cleaning solution smells fantastic)! If you're wanting professionalism, kindness and REALLY clean stuff, there's nobody else you even need to bother with. And when you do call, enjoy talking to Gloria. She's really excellent, too. They were excellent. They were efficient, on time, personable. They were pretty much ideal service. Their service meet their estimate. They cleaned an area of carpet but the koi there were unable to clean. The price was reasonable.

They’ve been doing work for us for the last 8 years, and they’ve been fantastic. They’re expensive, but what they do is worth it.

They did a good job. When I didn’t like something, they came back to fix it with no problems. There were two technicians, and alot of equipment. The technicians were pleasant. I'm happy with their services overall.

They did a terrible job. They brought the rugs back a week after they were supposed to and that's only after I kept calling them. I was so mad that I didn't even bother with calling them back. I won't be using them again.

The appointment was made to my convenience. The crew arrived on time and were efficient and friendly. All carpets turned out beautifully clean. They were done in under two hours. Definitely recommend.
